During my visit on the 15th, I was initially confused about the status of my order, which wasn't scheduled for completion until the following week. Fortunately, a kind representative named Ms Diana assisted me. She escorted me to a designated workstation, attentively listened to my concerns, and efficiently completed the remainder of my shopping. She successfully resolved the issue and ensured that I would receive the necessary work invoices. I went in today and the lady at the printing counter was super rude I went in to ask a question about some invitations I need to print out and all she answered was "well we are super busy and your just going to have to print them out and they will be done until Wednesday" ignoring my one and only question I had. She then ignored me to help another customer so I just left. read more

Went in to purchase a locker lock . Payed $9 , selected no receipt , and left . Not even 5min later decided that I needed a diff color option . Went back into the store to exchange the item and Tristan made the process complicated for NO REASON. Ended up having to explain to her how to do her job . They weren't aware of specials going on in their own store, as well as the website, and basically told us stuff wasn't on sale, that was listed on their site as on sale. So you start to walk in, notice trash all around the door, and outside. How long could it take just to clean up trash on the way into your business? This is America, clean your business. We know what we want, a chair, that was listed online on their site for $79.99. An employee helps us and he was very nice, asked what we needed. We told him we saw a chair on the site for that price and we know it was this one (we pointed at). He said let me go ask a manager, came back and told us no the manager just looked at the web site it's $179, and we went hmm. So I pulled up the actual chair on my phone on their site, showed it to him, and he said let me go show the manager. He came back and said oh the manager was looking at the wrong site/chair, even though he had the exact piece of paper that was listed in the chair, so not sure how you scan a wrong QR code.... But hey, we got it for $79, I don't think they were trying to fool us, since I don't think they get commission, but none the less if we didn't have smartphones, we would end up paying double for something. They got me good last night. They didn't want to print my stuff off of my hard drive so hey said to do it myself on the copy machine. Only had cash so I bought a gift card to be able to print. Somehow between the lady and copy machine my thumb drive was deleted. Then you can't return the gift card to get your money back. ‍‍‍ read more

It's an Office Depot. I'm really not sure how to review this place but here goes nothing... I have been to this Office Depot a few times and each time I have gone and asked a sales associate where I can find something they always point and say, "Oh yeah, it's right over there." and walk off.... Umm... Thanks? ------------------------------------------- Nonetheless, I gave them THREE stars because the last time I was there I had a sales associate by the name of Starr who was truly helpful in my UPS service needs. Usually I don't write reviews about non-restaurants but this one deserves it. I have it two stars because we were able to print out the papers we needed. I have it 2 out if 5 stars because the lack of professionalism the staff has. Greeting people is a just a human thing to do. Ignoring you while you stand in line is not. This is just referring to the printing station in the corner. I get people have certain jobs but yelling and blaming each other out loud is not part of your job description. Our service kept on being interrupted because our sale associate messed up a previous order then the other sale associate was just acting plain ghetto (the one yelling). This review doesn't mean I won't go back here but I hope a manager or someone cares how their staff is getting paid. read more

Don't deserve even one star! The cashier didn't let me buy items from clearance because she thought they've priced them too cheap. It was a superb deal and I was so excited to find it. Such incompetent and rude staff including the manager. Walked in to pick up an order of invitations and it took almost 10 min for the staff to even acknowledge I was standing there. The order wasn't completed correctly and they accused me of the wrong doing when it was a re-order of the same invitations. I highly recommend avoiding this Office Depot. read more

Banner service is Terrible! Cons: FAST vinyl banner service does not exist If you need a vinyl banner in a timely manner, do not use Office Depot/Office Max. They imply that they can provide a vinyl banner in 24 hours, or even same day. But this is not true. In fact, they do not even print the vinyl banners in the stores. The printer for the banner that I ordered was in Florida. When order was placed, I was given delivery on the next day. When I called the store, that changed to 5 days later. Furthermore, the store salesperson had no idea who to contact to expedite the order. I quickly went online with Largebannerprinting.com, uploaded my design, and it was out for next day delivery after 1 hour. Officedepot should not offer a service that they cannot deliver! read more

I went to pick up wedding invitations that were supposed to be 5x7 and individually cut. They were printed centered on 8.5x11 on gloss paper. There were also RSVP cards that were printed landscape instead of portrait which caused the top and bottom rows to fall off the paper and they were not cut individually. When I brought this to their attention they didn't say anything to me and started printing them again, but still on gloss paper. I corrected them again and stood there for a while before I was rudely told me to leave and come back later, the first thing they'd said to me after I pointed out the mistakes in printing. I came back the next day and the RSVP cards were cut too small so most of the edge design was cut off, albeit they were okay. The invitations were cut about the same, with the edge design mostly cropped off, but over half of them were not cut with the wording and design centered. I do not understand how they thought this work was acceptable when they saw them. I asked for and was granted a refund. I do not recommend them. Not to mention, the process of dropping off the files to get them printed was a nightmare and took about an hour. Netti was incredibly rude (to customers and other employees) and the other employee seemed quite new and inexperienced. read more

This is a great example of the most unmotivated staff I have seen. Netti at the printing station took her time to helping the first client by asking what she needed. When the client began to answer she proceeded to yell over her to another co worker about someone else. I got to observe this during my 20 minute wait. There was only one client in ahead of me. read more
