I immediately got a great vibe with the brightly painted barn and sky blue house. Let's go back to goat yoga. Basically it's yoga floor moves with darling baby goats that pose for pics and want to be cuddled. It's just another way to be at one with the earth. I throughly enjoyed my instructor and the environment. Now back to the farm...it's a not for profit farm that has children classes and first time farmers. They offer an array of vegetables for sale using the honors system. They have a red box outside that you deposit $ in. In all this place was a breath of fresh air and I'm definitely going back! The kids were able to feed the goats and chickens as well as pick worms from the compost bins (gross/cool). I noticed a review several months back complain of no sanitation station. During our field trip everyone was ready for us AND they had a hand washing station near the entrance/exit. They also shared the additional goal of the farming industry to bring in young people interested in farming. The average farmer in America is 58 years old and it's a grueling career!

Since then, we have called the company every day to follow up, and each time we were told that the delivery would arrive "today." Yesterday, I called again and was told that the water would definitely arrive by 6:00 PM. It still never came. Today, August 12, I called again, only to be told that the next delivery date is August 17. Based on the repeated broken promises and delays, I have very little confidence that the water will actually arrive on the 17th. This company has become extremely disappointing since it was sold and taken over by the new management. The follow-up, communication, and customer service have been completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to call every day just to receive a delivery that was already scheduled and paid for. I sincerely hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its service and reliability.

The quality of their signs was quite good. Their timeline was good for my needs. When the third order became urgent, they responded immediately and met my challenge. I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made. Can't say I recommend this business, you just might waste a good chunk of your savings to get your foot in the door in a new business, saldy.
