The prices are a bit much but the same from store to store and I have even tried the nearby FedEx Kinkos and they have similar results - although I end up waiting longer there. Yesterday John took my package gave me a receipt and I was out in under 5 minutes. I will say often its just timing, as I was heading to the car three others were arriving with several packages. I most recently stopped in today, and as always it was a solid experience from start to finish. The store is bright, spacious, clean, and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed without wandering aimlessly. Every employee I've encountered there has been consistently pleasant and helpful. Even at checkout the employees are always so personable, greeting every customer. The produce section is always impressive - everything looks super fresh and well-stocked, with plenty of organic options. I also love to gaze at exotic fruits while shopping. During this trip I picked up some tropical cold pressed juice and WTR MLN WATER. The latter is my addiction, it's watermelon water that's cold pressed. I find it very refreshing and hydrating. I also love coming to this store for their cheese assortment and chocolate. Both have impressive selection and you can never go wrong with any choices. I also prefer this store for Amazon returns when I have them. While there's sometimes a line, I found that returns and refunds are somehow processed faster here than at other locations (such as Rocky River). Only downside: parking can be a bit of a hassle when it's busy (like during the weekend). However, there's so many parking options in the plaza that you'll always find a spot. Overall it's a great spot for high-quality groceries and quick meals on the go.

I ordered again for this morning. Same story as above. Amazon placed a third order for free. Same story as the first and now Amazon will not refund the second order until I file a police report. The orders where not stolen off my porch. I went down to retrieve within 2 mins at most (within a minute on the one last night). Strangely enough before the third order was "delevered" I ordered a single item right after it. That order actually arrived.

I arrived and found out that the manager who notarizes documents had not come to work. I complained that I had to take time off work to get the document notarized. I asked the person at the counter to call the manager and tell her about the missed appointment and to ask what time the manager would be at work since I was planning to wait. The employee did not mention anything about the missed appointment. The answer that I got was that the manager was planning to get to work "around noon". The company's website sent me a label (printed by UPS) but was for USPS mail. Even though the UPS Store website says they will ship USPS, and the label had a UPS logo, this guy took one look at the package and said "that's a Post Office package" and then completely ignored me. I replied "but it's from a UPS return site, the label even has a UPS logo on it... it's FROM UPS". His reply, after looking at the logo himself, was "oh, someone just put the UPS logo on the return label. You have to go to the post office." Again, he looked away and ignored me. This was a return for Soda Stream, a PEPSI company. Somehow, I don't think Pepsi is in the business of fraudulently using UPS logos on their return labels. I was frustrated and annoyed so I just grabbed my box and left. This guy actually came outside and starts yelling at me. "Did I offend you somehow?" he shouts. "No, you didn't offend me, but I brought a package to return that I got from a UPS return label. It's got UPS logos all over the sticker. I assumed you could return it for me." I found some items here that aren't available at my frequented University Heights destination. For instance, fresh breads you can pack yourself, plenty more smoked salmon options, liverwurst, chestnuts, and plenty of hot foods. During my last visit I picked up just a few favorites - smoked salmon, rotisserie chicken, baked bread, liverwurst, and some hot foods. I was very pleased with how easy it is to find everything especially later in the day. Typically, hot foods, bread, and rotisserie chicken are hard to find later in the day. The prices at Whole Foods are on the higher end. The ambiance and quality make it well worth it. SERVICE: The service is okay. The employees are selectively nice. Lines are usually long during busy shopping days like weekends. COFFEE SHOP: I've never had coffee inside the Whole Foods until today. Not only does Sheliga have a pharmacy, but also a pretty good hardware store, better groceries than any dollar store, the best beer selection I've yet found in St Clair Superior including some unusual European varieties, paint, lottery tickets, ethnic skin mags, craft supplies, shelving units, toilet paper, Mexican candles, friendly staff, and well worn checkout aisles.
