Never had a bad experience at this location. Fairly frequent customer due to Amazon returns. Older gentleman is always kind and helpful.

Hoestly would give 0 stars if that was available. The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my entire life. I was there on 12/31/2024 ; to have them print a return label and place on a pant box to return to Suit Shop in New Jersey . The dark skinned girl at counter could have cared less to assist us ,she was rude and pretty much told us to step away from counter and figure it out. Finally, an elderly gentleman helped us , printed the label ( of course charged us for that) and placed label on box. TheSuit Shop has no idea where this return was, so I went today to this horrible UPS store and asked them what I should do. I was greeted by an elderly man who looked at my receipt and " you should have looked up this package tracking yourself". BTW , the package tracking number receipt was cut short in the printing and there was a number missing !!!!!!! How could I have figured that out myself ? The clerk then told me my return package was in El Paso, Texas . Again , the return should have went to New Jersey !!!!!! BEWARE , do not use this store !!!!! You be better off carrying your package on your back thru the snow ; at least you would know it was done correctly read more

I can hardly put into words how rude the staff is at this location. It's unbelievable that garbage service like this exists. I frequently have to use this location for Amazon returns and every time without fail someone is either rude or flat out does not speak. Just now I dropped off a return and the woman at the register did not say one word. No greeting, no response when I said "hello" or "thank you" or "bye", nothing when she handed me my receipt, just nothing. There is another woman who works here who consistently tries to charge me for packaging on Amazon returns and is nasty when I refuse (because Amazon doesn't require packaging). She is rude every time I encounter her. I don't know who manages this place, but there is an immediate need for a staff overhaul. read more

Had my girlfriend drop off a couple shoes I sold online, already had shipping labels for both of them but needed to buy a box for each, boxes were $6 each which is whatever, I expected them to be about that much BUT then got charged another $13.40 for the incredibly difficult job of putting the shoes in the boxes and taping them closed... my girlfriend isn't confrontational and said there was a line, probably because of the holidays, or she would have questioned why it was so expensive. Just moved up here from Columbus a couple months ago and have been selling shoes for years to make some side money and was never charged for any of that down in Columbus so confused and pissed off why it isn't the same even in the same state... I guess I'll have to make sure I personally set my shoe box in the other box and bring 6 pieces of tape with me so I don't have to pay $26+ for two cardboard boxes. The lady working at this place is so completely unhelpful and crabby every time I come in (which won't be any longer). She doesn't appear to want to be there. The last time I was there I was having an issue with the amazon app to do a return. When I finally got it settled, she acted like she didn't hear me, because she was apparently upset it took me a minute to get the return code. read more

The woman who owns or runs this place should have this store taken away from her. Very short, rude...most people I am guessing are returning Amazon returns, which require NO BOX, NO NOTHING...you bring it there with your email from amazon that has a QR code that the UPS store scans and it goes into the system and gets returned. Obviously she isn't getting paid enough from amazon or she would be a nice person. She tries to confuse the customer....She gives UPS a bad name. Another woman was in there at the same time as me and she was returning amazon and the woman made her buy a bag to return it.....ha. Then she said my screen brightness on my phone needed turned up....I was just there the other day and she scanned my phone just fine....She just is an angry business owner....who SHOULD NOT own this franchise. She is from India or somewhere like that....she is very hard to understand. I am telling everyone to NEVER go there, there are plenty other places that are US owned to do business with, and are happy to have customers and not rip them off. Took an amazon return there. Amazon stated ups store would handle return completely. Clerk said I had to tape box. Of course I did not have tape. Said he could tape with paper tape. Then tells me I have to pay for it. Took package back and used my own tape. When I returned and shipped package he said he could not print a receipt. Probably because he did not want the survey done on his rude attitude. This is the second time I have had issues at this loction. Needless to say it will be the last time since I will no longer use this location. read more

They keep sticking LithiumIon/Hazardous labels on our laptop shipments, even though UPS guidelines specifically state the items we're shipping are not covered by these requirements. Then the regional UPS depot rejects the shipment since we don't have a hazmat shipping contract with them. They also insist on selling us packing if we're insuring a shipment, regardless of how solid the packaging we already have is. Finally, when they weigh our items to charge us, they stick staplers, tape dispensers, etc. on the scale along with the item because "it weighs about what the packing materials will weight." Seems a little fishy. All of the above happen to us regularly when shipping from this location. Prices are significantly higher than going directly to the UPS depot in Richmond Heights, but Richmond Heights is inconvenient based on our location. read more

Came to drop a package off on a Monday and the lady working the counter was completely clueless. Just stared at me even after I asked for a receipt for my return package. She said no worries everything will go where it needs I don't need a receipt or anything so I left. Today (wednesday) I tried to check on the return tracking ans it shows no movement so I called this store. The woman on the phone , Dharti, was unhelpful and unprofessional. I tried to explain the item and the situation and she in turn reprimanded me that I should have told her everything from the beginning to avoid my own confusion that they took my package as a "courtesy". I thought she hung up on me but instead just placed the phone down and started helping other customers in the store while I was still talking. That's not how you handle any situation especially is customer service like she is. Do not recommend going here ever again. I am well aware of tracking numbers and a couple times she decided to tell me I must be confused and not understand what a UPS tracking number is after I told her 3 times I never received anything from them when I sent the package out. Unprofessional, took me as a joke but I guess that is the kk d of Person UPS has to represent their company ans that's a shame. read more

I started a clothing line, and I constantly get shipment in. All of the employees at this UPS go above and beyond the customer service that is required of them. The manager of that store should be promoted. Every time I go in there, they are so friendly and by the time I get to my box, they already have my packages. I sent a package internationally from this store with the help of Michelle. Once the packaged arrived in the destination country, I had troubles with the country's customs officials and I struggled to figure out how to pay the import taxes from here in the United States over the phone. I called this store where I sent it from to see if anyone had any suggestions. Michelle offered me many suggestions, which were successful, and she even called me back a few days later to check and see how it was going! Once the package was successfully delivered I let her know and she was just as happy as I was! Michelle truly went above and beyond for me and showed she cared to help me so much.
