God forbid you ask them any questions that requires them to actually do their job. They act like children and huff and puff, roll their eyes, walk away from you without commenting whether they actually going to serve you or not. They have these horrible attitudes that project total unprofessionalism or even decent human courteousy. I have been cursed out on the phone on one ocassion. I have been placed on hold never to be attended to so many times that i have lost count. The way that they talk to you on the phone is just disgusting. The worst part of it is you have no way of reporting these individuals to a manager or an owner because they have all told me they are the manager! There was even a time where i went to the 950 Eagles Landing Pkwy location to pick up a package and the girl at the front desk handed me a box that was totally destroyed and had obviously been busted open and the contents removed. When i inquired as to the condition of the box and the whereabouts of the contents her reply was, "i didnt do it." Someone let me know what recourse customers have to report and remove unprofessional and abusive customer service reps.

A label intended to go on my package was put on the wrong box, in essence, labels were swapped on two boxes. My package ended up at Overstock. Philip spent many hours on the phone and in emails with Overstock to retrieve my package. It took him over 3 weeks, but he did not stop until it was resolved. I'm very grateful as the contents belonged to my mother who had passed away - they were irreplaceable. I received my package today - a long wait but all's well that ends well!!
