I didn't take pictures because I only stopped inside to inquire about whether this place sells packing peanuts. They don't, but many stores only sell them online nowadays, and I've already checked other stores. And that's okay. The woman at the counter was sweet and apologetic, and also offered bubble wrap as a potential solution. Unfortunately, I'd hoped for the peanuts to fill the space between the glass dishes I have wrapped, but it was nice of her to offer. I don't know anything about pricing because that was all I'd needed, but there are other services: notary, shredding, faxing, and scanning. I have no complaints. I have been going to this UPS store since 2018, but after this mornings encounter, I might consider driving elsewhere for notary services. Which I've had completed here several times with no issues. Arlo, Alo, tall man with very long hair, we know who you are, you need to go back to notary 101 school. I'm not sure what his deal was but he seemed very bothered by having to notarize. He's reviewing the document and proceeds to announce the title of the document so the whole world can hear what he's notarizing for me. You know, it's typically a legal, highly personal matter, when something is being notarized, so to announce it like some fast food joint number is really classless, IMO. That was the first issue. Second, he advises me how/where to fill in form, I question it, he advises and walks away to get his book. Comes back and apparently I filled in incorrectly. Which BTW, isn't he supposed to legally witness me? Anyways, I asked for my ID back and left. Gladly took my business elsewhere and had great service. read more

Hello, I had another bad experience with the lady that is about 60 years old. She is very, very rude. She thinks she's better than me! She is a KAREN!!! Very disrespectful and belittled me! I didn't have a clue that you couldn't use the tape on the counter at the post office. So my package was not taped up!!! I told her I'll have to come back and tape it up! She said okay I'll leave it here for you.... then 10 min later, I came with tape! She gave me a nasty look and told me with attitude that she had already put it thru and taped it with scotch tape! I said, "Why would u do that!!! Is it going to be safe? Are u 100% sure? Then she gave me a nasty look and said you should have come right back!!! I NEVER LEFT I WAS IN THE BUILDING!!! SERIOUSLY?? This store have bad practices I've been shipping there for 10 years and never had to sign to shipping a package nor did the staff offered me to take out additional insurance, I've always in the past 10 years returned packages received a receipt never sign anything, in April this year I return two large packages was given a receipt again the clerk never asked for a signature or offered me to take additional ins, my adult son was there to witness the transaction once again I was given a receipt without signing, went back today of this writing 06/17 asked to see my signature and took a pic of, it definitely was not mine. Mgr again insisted that I couldn't have received a receipt without signing, I shipped several packages there and have receipts and never signed for any, I believe they are covering for losing both packages and don't want to assume responsibility, read more

I have been here twice using their services for Amazon returns. They seem to be well staffed. Didn't have to wait to drop off a package. Not the friendliest bunch, but they get the job done. I went in today to have items printed. The staff was pleasant and I was taken care of in a timely fashion. I did want to point out one employee, I did not get her name. She had blonde hair and wore it up in a bun. She was very kind, professional and a breathe of fresh air. You can tell she's a natural leader and can certainly brighten someone's day. Terrible service. Not helpful at all. They were not receiving my emails and I had someone else send them an email and they still were not receiving them but claim I'm the only one having the issue. I asked if there is any way they can check if it's an issue on their end and all they said was no it's just you. No one offered to help and all 3 women that worked in the store had bad attitudes. Terrible, terrible service. I went in at 9am with 3 books to be spiral bound. UPS store told me they'd get the project done before noon and they'd call me. 3 hours to get it done seemed excessive, but okay. I came back at noon, they'd never called asked if books were done, they didn't even know what I was talking about for about 5 minutes. Manager came up and told me they hadn't started it and it would be done for another 1.5 hrs. I needed the books before 1pm, so they agreed to 1/2 hr--but really took 45 min (when I came in after 1/2 an hour to actually WATCH them do my project so it would get done). One of the books was spiral bound together terribly--at its very edge. Pages coming out. Do not recommend Maricopa UPS services. They need new management there, for sure. read more

The absolute worst. Can they hire ruder employees? I have had a UPS Store box since 2009. I have used them to send back Amazon items. Not only did the chubby clerk with glasses and no name tag feel empowered to have a slick mouth, tell me I couldn't tell her what to do when I asked that she shred private personal information that was no longer needed since we chose not to do business there, she gave me the manager's card to complain which probably means that the manager is not much better. I hate that they are the only game in town. Perhaps ipostal, post net or some ambitious entrepreneur can come and put this store out of its misery. read more

I came to the store with safety concerns and asked to speak to the manager which was Tracey and I briefly explained to her my situation and she completely understood. I came back the next day to get a mailbox and asked for Tracey and she immediately helped me out and I was in and out within 5 minutes flat. Tracey assured me that when the door close it locks behind me as long as I close it completely. I feel safe in going at night to check my box if needed. My wife went in on a Friday to have 14 little booklets printed. Tyler told her they could be picked up Saturday. My wife gave him and extra day and went in Sunday to get them. He hadn't even started them. So he said they would be ready that night. She picked them up before they closed and were 2 booklets short. She said she would pick up the last 2 on tuesday. She called him tuesday and he hadn't done. them he was short with her like it was an inconvenience to do what she paid for!She picked them up Tuesday night and the pages were misaligned. - $ 7 for a small box. - The address on the shipping label did not match the one I wrote down. The street address and zip were different - but the city was correct so I guess that's something. First they said it was my fault for writing the wrong address down - uh sorry, no. Then it was the computer's fault as it sometimes "finds the closest match". I asked for my $ back, and was asked for the receipts - gave them the only one I had, but they said there was another one - which another clerk found on the other side of the register. Ok seriously, i pay for the box. service is always slow and confused but i can cope with that. What i am struggling with is someone drops off a legal document for my box. The employees charge the courier 50 cents for a stamp, which i am ok with, but then they, AND I SWEAR TO GOD THIS IS THE HONEST TRUTH, they put my legal document in the mail from their store back to their store. Are you kidding me?! They claim it's a statue, we looked and there is no statue. They simply didn't want to place the mail in our box. Well, now i have to look for a less ridiculous mailbox. And as it happens i have 4 ups boxes and because of the behavior at Maricopa, i will likely cancel all 4 and go with PostNet. UPS STORE, I could not be more disappointed with you. I have to say it is absolutely ridiculous to wait 22 Minutes to pick up a package. Every time I have come here they only have one person working up front. Last time I came there was one employee up front and one in the back and a line to the door. You would think the one on the back would come and help up front of the case. On another situation I came to pick up a package and there was another customer needing a notary. The customer asked the employee did you want to go ahead and assist her, it will be quick. The clerk said and I quote "not really". She finishes with the notary and then assisted me. It was fine that she continued helping her current customer, but how she responded was very rude! I am going to switch my mailing point to not be UPS. Then after waiting 22 Minutes I get to the counter and the clerk has to scan items for the UPS driver. read more

So Robin is amazing so very helpful and great customer service! I had sent package the box was clearly damaged and so was a product I sent to a customer. Then I had to replace the item and send it off again to my customer. I filed a claim right away. I had to call the manager a week later for her to tell me she was starting my claim that day. Worst store ever I got it info notice at my house that said there were packages for myself and my daughter and that was on a Friday so I went in on the next business day which was a Monday and brought them the info notice when I brought them the info notice they then said they're only parent part packages for my daughter so I didn't question it but then I got in the car and on my way home I thought about I said why would they put both my name and my daughters name on info notice if there were only packages for my daughter and they said oh I don't know why they did that I have no idea why they would've just put both your daughter and your name on there if there were only packages for your daughter but there are no packages here for you fast for an hour later and I'm at back at home sitting comfortably watching television and looking through my emails looking for the shipment track right to this particular package that I had no idea who's package was where was coming from or anything because there was no information on the info notice of been UPS store Local access point next business day 1 o'clock then my daughters name in my own name so I finally find the email that has track the packages where to know other than to the UPS store so at that time I am severely angry so I call them back again and I'm like why is my package sitting up there after I came to pick it up and you all told me that there were no packages I even called you all all it just came in an hour or so ago around 11 AM I'm sorry the notice says the package would be here by 1 o'clock on the next business day I picked up my packages at 2 o'clock and this is Monday the package was out for delivery on Friday and that's when I receive the notice with my name and my daughters name....connect the dots that means you all didn't get it scanned in like you were supposed to or you should've looked for the package when I was there in your faces ... this is not the time to play stupid and act like you will have no fault in it when I sat there and was in your face is asking about it and then also called you about it and both times you're telling me you have no idea why both our names are on the info notice and why there was only one package are only packages there for my daughter that makes me wonder if you all have any sense at this office and then she proceeds to place me on hold for which they never come back to you for about five minutes and then comes back and says I'm waiting for my manager and at that point I don't even want to talk to you right now the item is the edible item and it's been sitting at your store since Friday and you're telling me after I've asked about it twice that you don't know why it was not scanned in the way it was supposed to be... someone is paying for this item and it's not the writer of this review read more

A package was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 26th. I left the house at 6 PM and UPS truck got to my house at 6:18 PM. The driver left a note that the package was left at the UPS store. I went on line to track it and it said per customer instructions it was to be redelivered. It was not redelivered by Monday so I went to the UPS store on Tuesday morning just to be sure it wasn't there. It wasn't and they didn't help me track the package was but I was advised to call the 800 number. Good customer service would have been for them to track and reschedule delivery at the store. When I called the 800 number the prompts said I could have the package redelivered for a fee of $5 on line or I could pay $6 over the phone. When I got to an actual person I told her I wanted to reschedule the delivery but I didn't want to pay an additional fee. She said there was no charge. (?) So it is scheduled for tomorrow. We'll see...... Every time I receive a package via UPS I have to sign for it. Grrrr. No other carrier does that here. read more

I have spent over a week trying to get this store to cover the costs of doing a third set of fingerprints, since the two they did were rejected. Tracy, the store manager, is not helpful and neither is the corporate rep, Monic Sampson. The fingerprint tech is woefully incompetent. The fingerprints were not done as instructed by law officials. The store also advertises live-scan but they don't actually do it. If they lie about this, what else do they lie about? read more

When I walked into the store, I greeted the lady closest to the door and she didn't even respond or look up from her cell phone. The other lady at the desk complained about the box I packaged my things in and made a big deal about not wanting to accept it. She complained about past customers and continually said that this package was going to come back on her and the store because it would be damaged.
