The company informs me it was shipped 9/16/14. I got the tracking number for Blue Package, and it turns out they LOST a whole crapload of packages, and recently found them. So now, using the tracking, my package was first seen in MN in Sept., then a MONTH later in MD, a few days after that in NC, and today, in MN again! Are these MORONS unable to read a PA address?! I was the asked "Do you have a question?" -- As if I'm standing here waiting for my own health. I let her know, "No, I'm ready whenever you decided to call me to the front." I needed to send a package internationally, lady at the front had no idea of the purpose of "SERV" on an address. After I made her aware of the significance of placing "SERV" with the property address, that it ensures it is processed correctly, routed efficiently, she told me she "can't". Bless her heart, she doesn't know how to do her job. I'll stick to FedEx since they're competent AND polite.
