It took me a minute to fill out my forms and letters and while I was doing so I heard them greet EVERY person that walked in. They had such good energy and interacted so lovely with everyone. Asking them how their day is and small chat. The line moved smoothly. I was on a quick lunch break and I'm so glad I got to interact with them. Truly brightened my day! Give them a raise! They literally handled 5-6 clients within seconds and kept the same energy with all of them. I'm very BIG on good customer service and I what an impression they made. Impressive!

He said no and tossed my two envelopes aside, handed me the tracking receipt and moved on the next customer. I got back in line cause I can see he's busy (he's the only one there) and waited again to address my packages that don't have labels taped to them and he starts arguing with me about not being here to work at my pace. I told him I can tape the labels on it's not a big deal. He again tells me no and to "stop crying like a little girl". I asked for his managers name and number and he again tells no again. I then ask for my packages back to take them to another ups down the street and when I tell them what happened their employees and some customers knew about this guy and this store. Friday 7/2 I dropped a packaged to be sent out, and Thank God, they were closed along with USPS yesterday 7/5. I realized I packed up the wrong item I sold, and noticed the mistake 7/4. So I called up first thing today, and talked to the nicest woman Skylar! She was able to immediately pull and hold my package until I could arrive and fix the mistake. She opened my box and shipped the rest of my packages while I repackaged the correct item. She was so nice and friendly to not just me, after a long weekend and TS Elsa, but everyone that came in while I worked. I will just start going here and avoiding the long ridiculous line at out USPS store. So many people are there at all hours, but Goin'Postal works so fast there's hardly a wait. The employees are always very friendly and quick to serve you. I've hardly come in here when there's a long line, but when there is, it has always moved quickly. They have 2 self-serve stations just for Amazon returns to speed things up. They accept post office drop offs as well, which makes my life so much easier! The parking lot needs some re-paving, but other than that, this location is awesome.
