I have never been in a UPS store with a self scanning area. Lev was not only personable but also extraordinarily helpful and kind, taking the time to show me how to process my prelabeled packages and my Amazon returns at the self scanner. He was also helpful in letting me know about other things UPS offers like business cards, etc. which I didn't know about before. We utilize UPS for Amazon shipping and typically they are busy and unfriendly, but this location in Longwood by the Ali Baba is amazing. The women who work there are always super nice and helpful. Unlike the other locations (specifically Apopka) they are not annoyed when customers walk in. We now go out of our way to go to this one. 12/10 read more

It was absolutely a pleasure walking into this location. I waited less than 2 minutes, and someone greeted me and said "be right with you" as soon as I was standing there. The woman who helped me was very sweet, friendly, and good mannered. Not sure what the poor reviews are about. I think some people don't understand things happen. I had an experience here that was quick and pleasant so I'm not sure what happened with the prior reviews. Both employees were wearing masks, as was the other customer in the store. I was greeted immediately and waited probably only about 2 mins. I had a simple package to be returned to a business where the packaging and label was provided to me so all I had to do was hand the clerk my package, she immediately printed my receipt, and off I went. The place is clean, but a little tough to find in the plaza. It is an odd plaza. Otherwise, I would return as service was fine and fast. read more

Horrible, unprofessional, and do not honor their word. I shipped a large package from this store. The attendant had a hard time finding the correct address to ship it to. The one I gave wouldn't pull up. So finally after a long time we found an address that we thought would work. Three weeks go by and I receive a notice that the box was returned to the store it was sent from. I went back to the store and they said it wasn't there and I should go to the main hub. I go to the main hub and they say it is at the store. I go back to the store and they say they have it. They bring it out and the box is crushed and looks like a truck ran over it. The owner, Jason Guerra tells me , don't worry, we will re-ship it for you at no cost. So since he is not going to charge me I say ok. He calls and said something broke and now there are glass shards. I said I would come and get the box to clean it out and repack it. When I brought it back the owner said it would be $52 to send. I reminded him he said I would not need to pay anything. He says he never said that and he told me to make a claim. ,,, Needless to say we got into an argument about it and he dismissed me and I stormed out. I never want to see that store owner again let alone use ups!! read more

Okay this is the third and final time I use this location. Last year I returned an espresso machine worth $300 to Amazon from this location and when they printed the receipt the address was correct however it took over a month to get there because they left out the apartment number. Before Christmas I sent something, they said my friend would receive it in 2 days and instead he got it a week later, even paid for expedited shipping. Lastly after Christmas I returned an Amazon gift and 3 weeks later Amazon has yet to receive it. UPS get it together...Amazon can send me something within a day but UPS can't ship back something within a week, let alone 3 weeks. Worst location ever and they are always slow. read more

The employees were never trained to use the laminator. I blame this on the management. I am on my way to Fed Ex to laminate and send boxes. They do not send out your Amazon returns right away. They wait about a wee or until their large box is full. You may not get credit right away. They are very slow. read more

First and last time going to the UPS store 7273. I went to print and fax some documents. It took them 20 minutes to help me, there were only two other people in the store. After about 10 minutes of waiting for my papers to be printed, they told me they weren't sure how to use the fax machine. I asked for a manger. UPS responding "I don't have a Liz working here nor ever" to my issue with an employee that gave her name as "Liz" only solidifies that the issue I had was real and the toxic workplace there must run rampant so much they are willing to bring their poor customer service to Yelp. You have employees treating customers awfully and frequently hanging up on them and gaslighting them when they address issues to you... Instead of addressing them properly, UPS continues their accusatory attitude to negate responsibility for their business' poor customer service. read more

The woman working there had no mask. Not even on her chin like she forgot to put it back on. No mask, no intention of mask. Currently, in this location, our infection rate is very high. I shipped items to try to be safer than in person shopping. I am beyond upset right now. This is irresponsible and disrespectful on the part of UPS. read more
