    I've been here before a long time ago, but don't really frequent this location. I had to go here…read morethis time around because a package had shipped to my old address and the only way I could re-route it was to pick it up at the UPS Customer Center. Sending it to my new address would've cost $14! The company who I ordered from covered the $6 cost to have it sent here. I was given a 4 day window to pick up my package, and unfortunately I was going out of town that week. The tracking information said I could send someone else if they had a valid ID and a tracking number, so I asked my Mom to help me out. The hours online only said 9am-12pm and she was only available to go Wednesday morning, so she woke up early (for her) and went to go get my package. Unfortunately they would not let her get my package, and it was a really bad experience for her. She felt that they were mistreating her. She has a Spanish accent and she felt that they were being prejudice against her. I wasn't there to experience it, but I know my Mom has dealt with prejudice my whole life where I have witnessed it first hand. She was able to get them to extend the pick up date till Monday, so that I would be able to get the package. I went on Monday before they closed at noon. She let me know they were also open 5-8pm, but I didn't want to risk it. I actually still had my old driver's license with my previous address, so I used that for pick up and didn't tell them I don't live there anymore. Otherwise I would've had to provide a previous bill or some proof of residency at that address. I got my package no problem, and the guy who helped me was really nice. There were two other customers there who looked upset and were having a bad experience. The other woman working did not look like she was in a good mood. I can understand that this job is stressful, and with the different communications coming from the company through corporate and the actual in-person business, it must cause a lot of issues for both employees and customers alike. I told the guy what happened to my Mom and showed him the email with the tracking information that made me think she could do the pick up. He explained that the only time someone else can pick up your package is if they live at the address on the package and have proof of residency, or in my Mom's case since she owns the property she could show proof of ownership and grab the package. He said the only time this doesn't apply is when it's a package from Apple. I took some pictures of the signage in the store that has more info along with phone numbers you can call. Overall I can't give this place an entirely good review because of my Mom's experience and the miscommunications that seem to be very common. I hope that this review helps other customers so they don't get caught in a similar situation. Their hours are also attached in my photos for reference.

I paid for 2nd day air and once it got to longwood it's been stuck on the same status since. Last time this happened I spent a week trying to track down the package since it was a new work laptop. Within 24 hours of my employer requesting that it be returned to them and not delivered, it was found and on its way back. What the heck is happening at this center that makes it a black hole packages disappear into? I've been trying to avoid making purchases with anyone who ships with UPS, but I couldn't avoid it this time and here we are once again with no package and no update scans in days.

    Wow so much to tell. I went to the store which was very nice looking. I needed over 1200 documents…read moreprinted. I was given a quote of .38 cents per page. I was told I would receive a proof later than afternoon to approve. The next afternoon ( not later that afternoon) I received the proof. I was told that there would be an extra fee of $200 to convert every to PDF. I was ok with that. I wish I would have been told that when I dropped everything off but again I was ok with it. I then received another quote that the job would be .20 cents per page more than my original quote. The reason given to me was that I didn't reach the minimum 1200 pages that I told them I needed. I was puzzled because I knew I had at least 1200 pages. So again I said ok. I received my documents and everything looked great. I then started going through everything and realized I was missing a lot of my documents (about 600). If you add everything up that was missing it comes up to the 1200 page minimum. So if you go back to the original quote I should receive all of my documents plus a refund since I now meet the minimum needed to receive .38 cents per page. I was then told that I needed to pay an extra $300 to receive my extra pages. I asked to speak to someone with authority and was basically told that I was given the wrong information up front. This whole ordeal has been nothing but a headache and I will certainly never use this company again. Buyer beware!!! Update: I've been dealing with Josh the owner. He explained to me that everything was a miscommunication on their end. Although he couldn't do anything for me on the past order he did give a deal on a future order. I'll change the rating to a 3 because I still feel I paid too much the first time but Josh is trying to make it right.
