As always I have to rep my local UPS Store I'm not in the neighborhood or across the street anymore this gal now lives down by the beach but you know what this gal will never change stores here's why. The owner is a cool guy a nice helpful person who greets his customers upon sight he makes sure to come say hi if he can and always listens to this talkative Gemini sister girl knowing dang on well he has work to do. lol What's in inside. The store is always stocked with what I need from paper products nicks knacks boxes which is why I'm here today and you can return Amazon products easy or mail out wherever you need to and the prices are reasonable like what more do you want people and they have plenty of parking. This store is clean and the staff is young and helpful and know what they're doing so much so that I have never had anything I mailed have an issue getting where it needed to be for the last 10 plus years. If your looking for a UPS store with great staff knowledgeable with shipping codes etc and need to run your mouth like the sister who's writing this review run don't walk and come support this business and tell the owner Anthony I sent you. FYI - Food located on this lot for your delight ! Hawaiian Pokey CVS Store Fresh made Cane Juice Alberto's Mexican Food Baskin Robbins Cleaners. Then mosey on down the street take Atlantic Avenue or Long Beach Blvd to Belmont Shore and visit The Pike or The Aquarium. Just me Shawn C ,; )

Super helpful as far as a printing job goes! I needed some name tag inserts printed for a laminate and the staff did a great job quoting the project and printing it. They even suggested the right kind of paper for this kind of job and their foresight was appreciated. Everything was done on time. I sent them the job on Sunday and received it by Monday, so their turnaround was quick, easy and appreciated! Had a great time working with them and will reach out to this UPS store for future printing jobs.

On 05/18/2026 around 2:30 p.m., a young man (unfortunately I did not catch his name) helped me submit and mail my passport renewal paperwork. I was already feeling extremely overwhelmed due to personal circumstances, and he remained calm, patient, reassuring, and professional throughout the entire interaction. Unfortunately, the employee next to him, a woman with colored braids and eyeglasses, was dismissive and rude toward me. Despite the young man already informing me he could assist me, she repeatedly tried to discourage me from mailing my paperwork there and told me I should go to another USPS location instead. Her approach added unnecessary stress during an already difficult moment. What stood out to me most, however, was how quickly the young man stepped in after overhearing the interaction. He immediately reassured me and took the initiative to help without hesitation. As someone who works in customer service myself, I know how much one employee can impact a customer's entire experience. One person can make someone feel unwelcome, while another can completely restore their faith in humanity. This employee deserves recognition for the way he treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Employees like him are the reason customers continue returning and trusting USPS services.

WE'RE NOT TRAINED. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THAT. NO CAN'T HELP YOU." Over and over. I ask if there was anyone else who might be able to help me fill out the international form and apparently "NO ONE HERE CAN HELP". I felt very attacked and her bitter mood just sours yours day.

Came in a couple weeks ago to return a pair of snow shoes. I had already destroyed the box they…read morecame in, but they were in their case. The guy who helped me that day kind of rushed me. He scanned the barcode for this return and a QR code for the return of some pants and said I was good to go. Again, a bit rushed, perhaps because it was 10-15 minutes to closing on a Sunday. After a few days, the return for the snowshoes still hadn't been processed, and there was no way I was going to be put out $70+, so I returned and spoke to another gentleman there. He was able to locate the item - luckily it was still there with a paper taped onto it saying "missing label." I saw the guy print it, so I'm not sure what happened. This other guy, I wish I'd gotten his name, made sure to complete the return process and even invited me to stay in the store until I received the confirmation which was nice. It is on the university campus, but there are 3 parking spots available for quick returns.

I then asked for help from the store associate who was working, but was ignored. I finally got his attention and asked for help to process my last return and he was very rude and passive aggressive towards me. I was in no shape or form being rude and was asking very nicely for him to help me out. He then proceeded to tell me very rudely "what do you want me to do about it (the return)?". Thankfully, he eventually processed my return, but he did in a way to show that he did not want to do it by throwing my return items aggressively onto the counter. If it were not for the error on my end, I would not be asking for help. I have never experienced anything like this before, and I am still in complete shock with my interaction with this particular worker. I never make reviews like this, and I want to make everyone who goes to this location aware how rudely they treat customers here.

As someone who mostly goes to the UPS store because i'm the unfortunate sucker who multiple times a…read moreyear has to ship gifts to our remote team, i feel it's a little unfair to write this - since i only drop in as part of a work project i usually resent. I've been going here for years, since LONG before it changed ownership. Sometimes lines are long; sometimes they aren't. Regardless, they scan my packages, and they arrive at their locations - often a little late, despite me always selecting overnight delivery, but that's not this location's fault (I assume). I will say that the new franchise owners are a little more pleasant than the former; I think she'd grown jaded, and as such I kind of totally got it the next time I walked in and she wasn't there - good for you, girl, for selling and moving on. I love that the new team is always hanging out, being real; i feel more at home, tbh. I will say that of the three area UPS stores i've ever had a reason to check out, this is consistently the best. And at least if you wait in line for ages, you can pop over to Steel Cup next door for something good on your way out (coffee/beer/lunch/breakfast/mimosas) - or, if it's been an annoying enough experience, across the lot to Blondies for the hard stuff. in sum, it's a UPS store. if they get your packages out, i mean, that's a win, right?

I have used Yelp for many years and have never written a negative review until now…read more I was returning an item to a merchant and on their website they gave me the option to use Packagehub or USPS. I selected the first location offered, which was Packagehub, Mail Services Etc located at 2892 N Bellflower Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90815 as it was the nearest to me. The merchant then sent me a scan code to present to Mail Services Etc for the return. When I arrived I had barely gotten in the door when a person who was dressed in some kind of uniform, pounced on me. I wasn't sure if they were some kind security guard or what. They preceded to tell me that I needed to tape up my package so the item wouldn't fall out. I told them I was just following the merchant instructions. They then said that I would have to take it to USPS. I explained that the merchant had sent me to their location for the return and showed them the scan code on my phone. Then another employee emerged and said I would have to take it to USPS and again I explained that the merchant sent me there to process the return and showed them the scan code. That person said, "That's FedEx and we are not a FedEx store!" They kept yelling at me even as I was walking out the door; like a couple of children. When I returned to the car where my husband was waiting I told him what happened and he pointed to the store where it had FedEx signage all over it. When I arrived home I called the merchant and told them what happened and they were shocked. They created a new return to be dropped off at another location and said if that ever happens again to call them from the store that's the problem and they'll take care of it. It's probably better that I went to the other location because they were more professional and I felt the package was processed correctly. I'm not sure what the problem was, but maybe they're not tech savvy? They said they needed a label printed, but the merchant said, "No print out necessary"! If Mail Services Etc isn't doing business with FedEx anymore then they need to removed all FedEx signage from their store and from their website because it's false advertisement. They also need to stop doing business with packagehub. More importantly, they need to be more professional or just retire.
