    I come here pretty often, the lines are never long. Maybe this is a dying art, but in other places…read morelike Leander and Georgetown those places are always packed. They do a great job of keeping the lobby clean. There's even a drop off Lane that keeps the traffic for that separate from the people that are trying to park. It may be a little hard for you to find since it is off the main road but it shows up on your Google maps. I like the fact that I can get in and get out, I never want to wait in long lines so when I have an opportunity I come here versus any other place.

    Criminals After…read moremailing something to a family member for their birthday, the parcel was seized from within the post office the very next morning; I did not find out until a week later when the parcel wasn't received. Whoever did it issued a fraudulent statement that the original sender requested it be intercepted and rerouted. That would be me (original sender), and I certainly didn't do that. Then, someone claiming to be the manager attempted contacting me which is funny because...the manager actually witnessed and approved my parcel transaction at the register. The manager I saw was a woman and not a man like the person claiming to be the manager. There are thieves in this location and nobody will do anything about it. I have contacted the postal police, the sheriff, Justice Dept. and Liberty Hill PD. My package hasn't been delivered nor have I been given a refund for the loss. I have attempted filing a serious complaint with USPS multiple times only to be stifled through official oppression by involved USPS employees. The same compromised facility is being forwarded my complaints which go nowhere as one might imagine when the criminals are left to police each other. For years, I have been a faithful supporter of the USPS and often hand write letters. That will now change. I will tell everyone of my experience so that it may not happen to them. Shame on you for stealing from someone without resources as well.

Keeps your car cooler in the Texas heat and there are shopping cart friendly escalators to get your groceries easily back to the car. The produce selection at this Whole Foods is insane! Any type of produce that you could want or need can be found in either traditional or organic format. They also have an extensive seafood counter with very knowledgeable staff to help you make a selection. With a dedicated area for fresh sushi, a barbecue selection, freshly made sandwiches, prepared foods, a hot bar, and a salad bar all of your grocery needs can be met here. At the front of the store, there's also a fantastic coffee bar so you can remain caffeinated while you shop. They're seating area if you pick up a little something and want to have a bite to eat before or after you get your groceries. There's additional seating upstairs as well as an outdoor area. If you are an Amazon prime member, be sure to shop the sales to save a little bit of money. Weekly specials are designated with a yellow tag, and it shows the sale price as well as the further reduced price for Amazon prime members. And if you are a tourist visiting Austin, one of the more Instagram-able photo stops is at the corner in front of Whole Foods...the ATX sign.

Our second stop is juice land and then the hot bar & salad bar. I like being able to make a "girl dinner" lunch with a couple of bites worth of several things. We typically go to the roof to eat and to let the kids run around the playscape. If anyyyyy corporate Whole Foods people are reading this- can we please update the play area? Maybe add to it? Or make it toddler friendly? I know I'm being picky we just come so much and it would be a dream update.

    I have lived here for about 3 years. Where I came from in Georgetown, they had the worst post…read moreoffice (took a long time to actual GET mail there, even if mailed from one state over. I mailed out wedding invitations and took forever to get to people). And, I first moved here, the service at this location was not that great. I liked the bigger parking lot and ease of getting in and out. But, the people behind he counter then, did not look happy at all, as was not that pleasant when you approached them. They did not seem happy to be working there. Well, this last two week, it seems they have done a complete "180" since then. I had to go in to get stamps for my Christmas cards, and then returned to ship packages (twice) and got Amanda all three times. But, while waiting in line, I heard the other two agents helping other customers, and all of them said when approaching the counter "Sorry for your wait". And, then was very nice to all I heard. But, Amanda was so nice to me. First time was simple transaction for just stamps. But, second time, one of my packages, I had the wrong zip code, and she looked it up and corrected it for me (Whew!). I thanked her for it. Third time, was again so seamless! I verified all info on the screen each time, and got all my packages shipped for the holidays! Thanks Amanda for making it good to come in again!

    I believe this to still be a solid post office location. I know there are complaints about wait…read moretimes. But keep in mind that this is a small location and employees at the front counter have to take care of issues that come up in the back sometimes, which takes them away from helping us in the front. Also, just because an employee shows up in the front area, it doesn't mean they are qualified to wait on customers. If you need expediency and find a long line, go to the large post office on Whitestone. For me, I'm coming here. Customer service has always been good for me, and the parking has been easy.

    I get being tired at work having a long day and it's only Tuesday but when you're in customer…read moreservice, you really have to be mindful on how you treat people. Young brother you clearly hate your job. Your dryness and lack of communication in my service made me never want to come to FedEx again however, your colleague is just as happy as ever. Being patient and kind speaking in Spanish and waving goodbye and saying thank you. It makes a difference. I need the brother that serves me today to find another job or find a way to get in the back and not have to see people. It's simple as that, his appearance, his attitude, and his lack of vocal speaking simply says, let me work in the back where I don't have to talk to anybody unless I want to. It was apparent that he was agitated because his colleague didn't shut the blinds for him but again he doesn't speak very loudly. The colleague simply went back into the back after coming out and speaking.

The package never came on friday.The following morning, I get a message from fedex saying that my package would be delivered today.Saturday, december, the sixth between eleven and three. While waiting at home, I get a email from fedex.Saying that they miss me with the delivery and that my package would be delivered.The next business day. That was a exaggerated statement by fedex.Because I was at home.I called them to their customer care number, and I was told that my package has never been loaded onto a truck and it was due to human error. I asked, could I go pick up my package from the distribution center i was told that I could not . It's very clear that fedex does not care about people receiving packages on time or living up to their word.Instead, they want an inconvenience you and have you sitting at home?Waiting for a package that may or may not come to you. All consumers, all corporate accounts, y'all need to reconsider who to use when it comes to delivering packages.Cause fedex does not cut it and they do not care about your customers
