I had a very unpleasant experience at this UPS location. I returned two packages, but the employee only gave me a receipt for one of them. When I realized the mistake, I came back and tried to speak to her. She acted like she could not hear me and ignored me even though I asked several times. Only after her coworker reacted did she finally give me the second receipt. She pulled it from under the desk and handed it to me without saying anything, with a very dissatisfied attitude. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this employee. Customers should not be ignored when asking for a receipt, especially when receipts are important proof of return. I hope management will look into this situation and make sure customers are treated respectfully. read more

UPS really needs to overhaul the staff working at the Lemont location. The black woman was not helpful at all. She has an attitude, it seems like she don't want to work or help the customers who come in. Two other staff members on a different day, their elevators don't go all the way the the top floor. I go to a different location in Homer Glenn, big difference. A huge shout-out to Cindy the manager over there. She was a breath of fresh air and a ray of sunshine compared to the ones at the Lemont location. you need more people like Cindy. read more

Absolutely my favorite ups location of all time. Every single employee is helpful and nice. The biggest thing you'll notice is that when you go in there, the employees have a general sense of being happy and upbeat, and I'm sure you have been to plenty of shippers that when you are there to pay for shipping they are miserable and it's a chore to just help you with anything. 5 stars all the way for everyone here every week. read more

Absolutely horrible service at this location. Paid for guaranteed overnight delivery and it was not delivered the time window. No problem, things happen. This was back in October. The store would not give me a refund said I had to have a claim filed with UPS. Ok..... Not true by the way. Sitting here over two months later still have not gotten my money back and there is conveniently never a manager or store owner available to talk to. Horrible experience at the lemont,il location today. Only 1 worker and she ignored everyone in line to help someone do something on the computer. After 15 minutes I spoke up that she has to help the line and not spend all her attention on 1 person, and she ignored me and roller her eyes. I left and stormed out of there without getting any service today and I waited 20 minutes at this point to drop off an Amazon package with a prepaid QR code. Everytime I come into the Lemont location the same two ladies are incredibly disrespectful and rude. One time I went in to ship something back to the manufacturer for a return and needed it boxed and shipped. The lady saw approximately 4 individual dog hairs and she lost her mind and almost pushed it off the table and said I had to leave because she had a dog allergy. Lmao. I wonder how many dog owners have come in and yet she still lives. And then today I come in to buy some cardboard boxes to move. 10 bucks they want for each individual box, of cardboard. Seriously. When I said no that it's too much the lady rudely says, "Byeeeeeeee, have a nice day!" I'm pretty fluent in sarcasm and it was pretty clear. I recently visited The UPS Store in Lemont IL and the customer service agent named Patrich was so incredibly helpful and kind. Without hesitation and without me asking, she offered to and helped to change the brightness level on my phone when I could not seem to do it so that she could scan the barcode. There are not a lot of people that would go the extra mile to provide such excellent customer service and The UPS Store is fortunate to have Patrich as a valued representative of the company. Stay away from this store and use the local post office for shipping. You'll have less of a chance of being ripped off and your packages will arrive to its locations. They don't do what you paid for and they ship it anyway they like to, all the while charging you full price for their services. This is not the first time that I've been ripped off by them and would never used them again until they get rid of their current employees and management. There should be a federal investigation into this location for fraud. read more

After being told by a different UPS Store location that they wouldn't notarize the documents I had, despite having notary services, it wasn't looking promising when I called to inquire if they could notarize my documents. I called ahead and Mike told me he could help. I stopped by after work, asked for Mike and he remembered me from my earlier call. Mike was helpful and friendly, despite a very busy store, he was wonderful and took the time to make sure we had all the necessary signatures needed. I would come back again for anything!
