They were efficient , took their job seriously, professional , clean cut and easy to deal with. The whole crew, Nick, Luke, Andres, George, Bertrand, Jordan and Mike were polite and made an extra effort to make the whole move smooth as possible. They worked hard I gotta give them that. Once they were done and we went to the new apartment (keep in mind was 3 minutes down the road) we got there and was told that my wife's real marble table that I specifically said please be careful fell over and broke. My wife and I are very understanding people as the guys felt bad and stuff happens. So they told how to file a claim and get our money back or they might even replace it. Filed the claim. Got an email that they were sorry and because of some insurance thing they offer it only goes by the weight of the item and even though that marble table was heavy they only gave us 70$ and a crappy apology. I told them that it was a 900$ table and got a "well that's how we do things here sorry not sorry response. Well after another year we needed to move from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom in the SAME apartment complex. So my wife and I being probably too nice of people said the guys were really good and we can't control the crappy management let's give them another chance. 2 more guys showed up. Went straight to work. Worked hard. I was keeping a close eye on them but obviously can't watch everything. Load up and drive 30 seconds over to the new building and they start unloading. Well they ended up breaking a nightstand, bed frame and stained the side of our couch. My wife ended up cleaning the side of the couch herself. We got a new nightstand and our bed frame is still cracked but holding up. The guys felt bad again and apologized but at this point my wife and I were just over it. No point to file a claim. We'd be lucky to get probably 20$. Stay away guys. Pay the extra 50-100$ and go with a quality company who cares about your stuff. We definitely will next time. We tried to save some money and it cost us in the end. Don't make the same mistake me made TWICE. My wife and I understand that you have to run a business and we weren't looking for 900$, but 70$ and half hearted apology is unacceptable.

Complete Nightmare!! When the four movers arrived, they all took turns using the restroom and…read moreasking for water. After five hours and not much progress, we called and complained to the manager. No response. Ultimately, two of the movers were in an altercation causing one of the movers to be taken by ambulance. Modern Moving & Storage a/k/a MTR Ventures, LLC d/b/a "Modern Moving" proceeded to submit a fraudulent Contract for Moving Services for close to $6000 for a local move. They claim we signed the contract the morning of our move and supposedly they already predicted they would use 7 rolls of bubble wrap, 6 rolls of tape and take 16+ hours to move??? Our home is under 2500 sq. ft.. In reality, they complimented us on our packing and organization and expected the move to take 6-7 hours. After the altercation between the movers, the manager appeared close to midnight demanding payment. We disputed the charge directly and requested to discuss the final bill after evaluating our damages. They fraudulently charged our credit card anyway. We were not aware that they were keeping our credit card information on file. This was all without our permission, knowledge or consent. We attempted to contact them regarding these issues and they refused to respond to our calls, texts and emails and instead had an attorney contact us claiming we are not allowed to post Google reviews. We also noticed that all their positive Google reviews were made by employees and family of employees. After researching them on BBB, we found we weren't the only victims. Avoid this moving company at all costs!!!

I decided not to use their service and went to the USPS location across the street near Publix, where I paid $10 for the same type of Priority Mail service. I also spoke with the USPS employees about the price I had been quoted, they laughed and were surprised by the amount. They also told me the owner of the pack and ship, buys stamps and other supplies to upsell at their pack and ship store. I'm a local and have supported businesses in this area, including helping various businesses after the hurricane. I believe customers deserve to know when they may be paying significantly more than they would through USPS directly- and they certainly deserve to be treated with basic respect when asking a legitimate question about a price. I strongly recommend the USPS (which mins away) before using this Pack & Ship location. I will not be returning, and I'll be sharing my experience with other members of the local community.

Two condo's upstairs and two on ground level. This FedEx driver left the refrigerator in the parking lot at the entrance to the two flights of stairs to 2nd floor. Amazon Prime free delivery is supposed to be a delivery to the purchaser's front door. They take a picture and send you an email notifying you of the delivery. My wife was so mad. Our main refrigerator blew a compressor from the electricity flickering on and off during the hurricane last week. When the delivery driver sees the package is addressed to Debbie T_____, you would think he would have had the courtesy to deliver this mini-fridge to her front door landing, like he was supposed to. Instead, my wife ends up dragging this cumbersome box up two flights of stairs. Pretty lousy and lazy service. This will end our relationship with FedEx. Never again! Jeff
