These guys are the real freaking deal!!!! we are full time RVers and do not have a washer and dryer and frankly when time is short we utilize laundry service because we just don't have the whole day to be at the laundromat. I've never had my laundry come back smelling so fresh, looking so pristine or sorted so well. I was legit impressed. The last 3 loads prior to this we sent off at other places our whites came back legit brown. Not only was this not an issue here but everything smelled so wonderful. Washer dryer in our vacation condo gave up the ghost. Thanks to pandemic and supply chain issues a replacent will take months. Omg, what to do? Clothes don't wash themselves even in paradise. After looking around at laundromats and large chain cleaners/washing services I discovered Suds. Run by nice young people, it's a small, local operation. This place is the best laundry in Naples. We are seasonal visitors to the area and have frequented this business for several years. Today I picked up my laundry and was informed that there were some stains that were the fault of Suds. No problem. The owner did not charge me for the service and reimbursed me for the damaged goods with a smile and heartfelt apology. Such customer service is a rarity these days. Take your laundry to Suds. Something like $1.85/lb. Was around $22 for a large load and a half maybe, but they sort it all into smaller loads and fold. I would've spent maybe $7 less doing it myself in coin machines. But I would've thrown it all together probably. Would've cost a lot more to sort like they do. Totally worth it. I read they have machines for public use but they do not, it's only laundry service. I will go back when in Naples. read more

Wash and fold. Folding is fabulous. You won't believe it. T shirts folded with tissue paper. Socks and underwear with rubber bands.

What an excellent laundry service- can't even begin to describe. I took my laundry there twice while visiting Naples and both times the staff was exceptionally courteous and professional, even remembering my name and bringing my washed and folded clothes out to the register before I could give them my receipt. Their turn around time is same-day, they're open everyday and their prices are incredibly reasonable. I wish we had them in Miami as I'd never do my own laundry again! Sending our laundry out was meant to be temporary while we resolved a plumbing issue but for the amount of time is saves each week at an incredibly reasonable cost, I don't think I'll ever stop using them. While searching for a laundromat in Naples we ran across this place. The service was quick and friendly and we felt getting 33 lbs of laundry done for about $40 was a great deal. They do a great job of folding and stacking the clothes for pickup in plastic bags. Great place! read more

I highly recommend this Laundry Service. I had shopped around and found this Laundry to be the most reasonably priced service in my area. I went in, got great friendly service, had a King size comforter cleaned, and some items pressed and was very pleased with their work. I called today and heard that they can't provide pressing service at the moment as their old machine packed in, so they had to buy another. However, their new supplier apparently swindled their money and didn't ship their machine to them. They are having the situation looked into currently and hope to have a new pressing machine in by August. So if anyone is looking for a great Laundry Service, I highly recommend them. I encourage the Community to please support them, help them recover from the loss and continue to provide excellent service. read more

The furniture cover and bedding that Suds cleaned LOOK BRAND NEW (and they're 5 years old)! We've been back a few times since and have had the same fantastic outcome.
