I originally thought this would be a great place to get alterations done. I spoke with the lovely lady that helped me out two weeks ago. I pointed to my dress that had big pulled apart in the inseam. She told me the price which I thought was expensive but I just wanted both sides fix. While this might not be a review towards the Tide Dry Cleaners since they take alterations to a different company. I believe they should at least check to see if the job was done correctly. Let me say all staff was pleasant and happy to help. I didn't even care that it took two weeks to get my dress back. I got to my car to see how it looked. Left side of the dress was great. When I went to the right I noticed it was not fixed. I just paid $20 to fix plus $15 to f and clean my dress. I honestly thought about telling the staff. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of waiting another two weeks for my dress and had to rush to a meeting right away. So I left in good terms and will not return to this establishment. If anyone knows of any other cleaners who do alterations and are fast in the Naples location please let me know. Update: I spoke with Amanda who had emailed me the same day about my incident with my dress. Amanda was professional and very apologetic! I was not expecting an email and a call right away. I was not expecting her to also be so generous. This in my opinion is outstanding customer service! I understand mistakes happen. I am just so happy to get my dress fixed! I recommend you stay away from Tide Dry cleaners at all cost. I dropped off a set of curtains for my lanai windows. Pick them up one week later hung them up they have lost about 1 foot in length and are shrunk. Called Tide cleaners spoke to a manager she told me I have to bring them in. Dropped them off hanging on the hanger only to be notified on Monday that they would not be reimbursing me for the curtains because I signed a waiver. Tide cleaners has you sign a waiver so if they ruin your drapes or comforter they are not held responsible. I asked to be reimbursed for the cost of the dry cleaning which was over $100. I was told no they would not reimburse me. After working nine hours I stopped by the store to pick up my curtains to find them on the floor in a black trash bag a wrinkled mess. I was told by the manager as she handed over the trash bag with my rumpled up curtains. She then proudly stated that she would give me $50 cash as a reimbursement. I told her I refuse to accept the $50 and feel I should be reimbursed for at least the amount of the dry cleaning. Do not go to Tide Dry cleaners they are a rip off . i am going to call the local news station and see If anyone else has had this happen to them. Do not go to Tide Dry cleaners. I'm embarrassed to say I did not go to local dry cleaning companies quite frankly because most of them have dried up because of chains like Tide Dry Cleaners . This is an impressive dry cleaner. Two valet lines so you don't have to leave your car . On premises dry cleaning while most competitors are merely drop off places who send clothes to a factory. This both reduces the likelihood off an item getting lost and allows for custom work or requests. Very nice staff who are very responsive and whom hurry to provide quick efficient service. The only drawback concerns alterations. There is only one person who does the pinning and if she is off you are out of luck. Also they contract the work out which means it takes quite a while to get your stuff back. read more

Only take clothes here that you would throw away anyway. They'll ruin them, charge you for cleaning them, and not say anything. This happened with tons of items. They have color stains all over them and are now ruined. I find it extremely unprofessional that I wasn't told about the destroyed items upon paying for my order at pickup. Update: Received a refund, so I've added a star for that. My clothes and towels are still destroyed though, and unfortunately, it is more expensive to buy new items than to pay to have them washed so this experience still resulted in a loss for me. read more

I wish I had check the prices before I left 3 golf shirts and 1 pair of shorts. In North Carolina I would have paid $ 8.50 for all 4 items. At Tide in Naples I paid $ 28.50 for the same 4 items. Never again , my mistake for not asking prices, just assumed it would be about the same. read more

At first I was very impressed with the drive thru aspect and the professionalism of the young lady at the drive Thru! I had 2 bags of clothes, she just gave me a print out with no price. When I ask her she said $3.00 a lbs a little expensive but ok. She prints out another receipt with the prices $80.00 way over price, I still left the clothes. She calls a day later to inform me I had some items that needed to be dry cleaned( thought it was strange I thought I separated I figured I left a few things no biggie) I went to pick up my clothes this afternoon. Well to my surprise my bill came to $167.86 my jaw dropped!! I wasn't happy about the price, but I still paid. It gets better. I get home I saw what was "dry clean only" I decided to look at each tag, well only one of the items said for best result dry clean. The others were either hand wash or machine wash. These were not new clothes or work clothes, these were more normal kick it clothes. 2 beach cover ups, 2 long sun dresses, 2 short sun dresses. A pair of cargo pants and on knitted top! She claimed it was $180.00 but since I was a first time client I was getting a 20% discount! I travel a lot of work and pleasure! I've had my clothes Laundered at the Ritz Carlton and it was this experience!! Great concept but don't lie to your clients about things just so you can make a quick BUCK!! Best cleaners I've ever been to. They have a very convenient valet that you can just drive up in and the employees always come outside right away with a smile on their faces. Their 24/7 drop off and pick up is amazing if you have a busy schedule like me and can't always make it to the store during their open hours. I love that they offer so many different services such as alterations, same day cleaning, and they can even restore the color in some of your faded clothes. I also really like that they send out coupons a lot. My clothes turn out perfect every time and I will continue bringing them here. 10/10 recommend this cleaners. read more

I had two cotton quilts that I took to Tide Cleaners and asked to have them washed in hot water, dried, and folded. I went a few days later to pick them up and I was charged over $80 plus tax for what probably would have cost me $25 elsewhere. I thought the charge was over the top for a cotton quilt. Will not frequent there again with those prices. So moral to the story, ask before you leave it there what they are going to charge so you are not surprised like I was. read more

First time I used the cleaners took my 3 shirts in to be launderer 3.10 per shirt When I picked up the shirts I was charged for dry cleaning one yes because the tag said silk, the one shirt I had no say in weather I wanted to have it dry cleaned or take it back with me. This shirt I had washed at home on my machine many many times and would have taken it back had I been given a choice. Oh boy where do I start? A few days before my wedding day I brought my wedding dress to Tide Cleaners. I asked them to steam it that's all, since I had flown in from NYC and it had a few wrinkles from the travel. I picked it up the next day, and didn't notice until I got home that the bustle button had been removed, and the satin wristlet my tailor had sewn into the dress (that I would use to carry the train) had been removed and replaced with a pink plastic ribbon. Tide knew they screwed up and used a safety pin to add this pink ribbon. And they also did not replace the button. I have never worn this dress before, it was perfect when I dropped it off. They did not let me know about their mistakes, just let me take it home to deal with. I was getting married in a few hours and didn't have time to go to a professional tailor to make the bustle. I was so stressed out and upset - how could they do that? I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Shame on you Tide. Please stay away from Tide, especially if you want to get your clothes back in one piece. read more

This Tide location ruined a brand new shirt I took to be cleaned. The shirt had grease/marker stain on it in more than one place. I had purchased the shirt a week prior to having it cleaned. The management at this store refused to do ANYTHING about it. DO NOT USE THIS STORE EVER EVER EVER. They will not guarantee ANYTHING. In fact they deny deny deny and tell you its your problem. Besides the convenience of being open on Sunday they are experienced in tackling stains and recommending the best method to clean for anything you take in. During business hours, there are hustling, smiling attendants in clean (of course!) khaki & white sport clothes to take your drop off order without you getting out of the car, or to deliver finished orders to your back seat. I changed this review from a one star to a three because the manager called me later in the day and honored my coupon. I dropped off a comforter that I could have taken to a laundromat and washed in a large machine. I had a coupon for 25% off so figured for my efforts I would just drop off and let them clean it. When I dropped it off I ask the girl about the percentage off and she said it would be applied when I pick the item up and showed me the code on my pick up receipt. Picked it up today and no discount!! The girl told me that the coupon was not good. It was supposed to be good on a first time using them. Well needless to say this will be my last time using them. Paid $40 but will never go back. I have to admit that the store manager called me later and made this right. I will give them another try. read more

The staff is very courteous. The location is great and clean. You are usually in and out in less than a minute. They have complimentary bottled water and candy. I have used them on several occasions and I have zero complaints about their product. My shirts and ties come out looking fresh and almost like new. I would give this place five stars, but my only problem is the price. While they do offer a service at a much higher quality level than most of their competitors, their prices are too high, even for the superior quality product they are consistently offering. If you only get your clothes dry cleaned one or twice a year, I would highly recommend. Otherwise, you may want to look around to avoid spending hundreds of dollars on dry cleaning. read more

I just want to take the time to say how impressed I was with everything here. The drive up and 24 hour pick up machine make it very convenient and easy. My clothes always look amazing and I am always contacted for approval if they need to do any further work. But the thing that impressed me the most was the customer service, absolutely outstanding. This is one of my favorite places to do business. The staff, from the owners down, are pleasant and efficient. I often get laundered shirts back with buttons replaced and I like that they offer me a bottle of water and dog treats for my two dogs. They claim to be "willing to put forth the extra effort to ensure the best experience for our customers", but I arrived a few minutes prior to my pick up time and they weren't at all willing to check on the status. We don't use a dry cleaner much, mainly because we don't have much that requires it. We needed some dress pants dry cleaned and I pass this location everyday on my way to and from work so I decided to give it a shot. The staff was great, very clean store, pants were ready within 24 hours and we got a free bag to drop off our dirty stuff. Best of all was that my boyfriend had left $7 in his pants pocket and they were honest enough to place it in a sealed bag and return it to us.
