I want to love this location because their cleaning quality is great, and the front counter staff is truly awesome. However, their service is consistently frustrating. I've experienced issues three times this year with items not being ready when promised. Their 24/7 after-hours pickup kiosk is an enticing feature (if you leave a credit card on file), but it frequently fails. Even when the app shows items as "ready," they don't set them up for after-hours pickup, leaving you unable to retrieve them. Yesterday, I dropped off a dress shirt and two Tommy Bahama silk Christmas shirts, promised for Saturday by 5 PM. One item is now delayed until Monday, even though I'm leaving town and won't be able to retrieve it for months. Worse, the kiosk claimed I had no orders ready, even though they were marked as ready in the app. I now don't have a holiday shirt for tonight's event. If they offer 24/7 automation, they need to ensure it works reliably and provide an after-hours manager contact for issues. I want this location to succeed, but until these issues are addressed, I can't rate them higher. read more

Excellent customer service is very hard to find these days combined with great quality and results. I took a dress after spilling red wine, got it back the same day with no stains at all and great smell. Their service is prompt and efficient and the staff are friendly, helpful and happy to serve you. I can't really remember any particular occasion when I received good customer service. I think it sticks in my mind more when I receive poor service - eg when the staff are chatting to each other and not asking if you need help (ie you feel invisible!). Love this place!!! read more

As good as it gets! I love coming here. I can get my clothes altered, cleaned, pressed and the turn around time is sometimes SAME day. In before 9am and I can bring my husbands last minute work clothes he needs and I know they will have it done quicker, cleaner, fresher, than any other dry cleaner. I've lived in Naples my whole life and I can promise you, there's nothing better than this location. I dropped off a bedspread last week to be cleaned there. Although it wasn't the closest cleaner, we expected it to be done quickly and correctly. When we picked it up, it was wrinkled, bunched up in places, and TORN in two places. They repaired it by stitching it but it was terribly bunched up yet! They offered us store credit for their mistakes. Are you kidding me? We would never trust them with another item to be cleaned nor would we recommend them to others. read more
