If I take items in on a Monday, they are usually ready on Thursday or Friday. Give them longer when it's Season. This business deserves your patronage, so if you have anything that needs altering, take it here! They are true professionals and the changing area is very clean.

She told…read moreme that she could not get me in that week but that she could the following week (giving me three weeks to get the dress turned around) and that my date that I needed the dress was not gonna be a problem. I scheduled the appointment and went in for the alterations, had it all pinned up and was given the day before to pick up with the timeframe of 12-1pm. At 11:22 day of pick I was called and told that she had not even started my dress yet. Since then she used another person as a point of communication and has yet to return my calls or call me regarding my dress, including the charge that she tacked on to someone else's bill and credit card. She had the audacity to charge me full price for the dress as well as charge me a credit card fee for somebody else picking up the dress on that person's credit card. If my dress was done on time, it would have been paid for in cash and avoided so said fee as well. I am extremely disappointed with the fact that she still has yet to call me back to talk to me regarding this issue.

As I was doing this, the tailor came out and I showed him the hem. The girl began talking to him and he to her. I thought maybe she was explaining what I wanted because he didnt seem to speak English. They just talked and talked to each other and I left my items because at this point I wasn't sure they were even talking about my stuff. I pointed to my dress that had big pulled apart in the inseam. She told me the price which I thought was expensive but I just wanted both sides fix. While this might not be a review towards the Tide Dry Cleaners since they take alterations to a different company. I believe they should at least check to see if the job was done correctly. Let me say all staff was pleasant and happy to help. I didn't even care that it took two weeks to get my dress back. I got to my car to see how it looked. Left side of the dress was great. When I went to the right I noticed it was not fixed. I just paid $20 to fix plus $15 to f and clean my dress. I honestly thought about telling the staff. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of waiting another two weeks for my dress and had to rush to a meeting right away. So I left in good terms and will not return to this establishment. If anyone knows of any other cleaners who do alterations and are fast in the Naples location please let me know. Update: I spoke with Amanda who had emailed me the same day about my incident with my dress. Amanda was professional and very apologetic! I was not expecting an email and a call right away.
