The cleaning is great and the alterations have been beautiful. I took a very long satin skirt in to be hemmed and the owner actually hemmed it for me herself. I've had other alterations done with them as well, with the same results. I guess I've been lucky as I have no complaints as I've read from others. My opinion and my experience with them have been a total FIVE STAR.

The next time I came in I was given one more item and was told there was a problem with one of my items and that it would be ready the following week. After several visits and 3 weeks, my clothing was returned. The cleaning job was ok. The one item that needed a repair was not done properly. At this point, I'm just happy to have my clothing back. While I was there picking up my last piece, a gentleman was there fighting with them over a list item he needed to wear to a wedding that weekend. So, it kind of seems like a trend with them. I won't be back.

I pointed to my dress that had big pulled apart in the inseam. She told me the price which I thought was expensive but I just wanted both sides fix. While this might not be a review towards the Tide Dry Cleaners since they take alterations to a different company. I believe they should at least check to see if the job was done correctly. Let me say all staff was pleasant and happy to help. I didn't even care that it took two weeks to get my dress back. I got to my car to see how it looked. Left side of the dress was great. When I went to the right I noticed it was not fixed. I just paid $20 to fix plus $15 to f and clean my dress. I honestly thought about telling the staff. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of waiting another two weeks for my dress and had to rush to a meeting right away. So I left in good terms and will not return to this establishment. If anyone knows of any other cleaners who do alterations and are fast in the Naples location please let me know. Update: I spoke with Amanda who had emailed me the same day about my incident with my dress. Amanda was professional and very apologetic! I was not expecting an email and a call right away. This both reduces the likelihood off an item getting lost and allows for custom work or requests. Very nice staff who are very responsive and whom hurry to provide quick efficient service. The only drawback concerns alterations. There is only one person who does the pinning and if she is off you are out of luck. Also they contract the work out which means it takes quite a while to get your stuff back.
