    Very friendly staff. Dry cleaning is costly but this place is no more expensive then others. Always completed when promised.

    Are you kidding me?!! $8.50 to dry clean 1 Tommy Bahama shirt! Never again. Ask for the price before you decide to use these guys.

    If I could give a - I would. Brought my laundry in, told when it would be ready and the date and…read moretime were on the slip. The date was the day before a trip. When I can to confirm the day's deliveries were in I was told it would not be in for 2 more days. That doesn't help when you're leaving the next day. I was told by the woman who answered if I had said I needed it she would have told it wouldn't be ready - regardless of what the slip says. Terribly annoying... Yes, a first world problem... but... a terrible way of doing business.

    My boyfriend and I had dropped off two comforters at this cleaners on Fri July 21st. One comforter…read morewas ours and one was our roommate's. We were assured that they would both be ready the following Monday and that they would call to notify when we could pick them up. Monday comes and goes and we had not heard from the cleaners. We had a busy week and were going out of town that weekend so we just let it slide and picked up a cheap $10 blanket from Walmart in the meantime. The Monday after we were supposed to pick it up comes and still no call. We called them and they let us know that one of the comforters were done, but the other had been misplaced somewhere and that they could not find it. Okay... So we go to pick up whichever comforter was done, which turned out to be our roommate's (go figure). Over the course of the next few weeks, we would call frequently to get an update on the whereabouts of our comforter. The receptionist would tell us the same thing each time we called and assured us she would call back by the end of the day with an update; not one time did she ever call back. The only piece of information she could give was that the store has several locations and that it's possible it may have been sent to any of those locations for whatever reason. I guess they have a certain store they bring comforters to? Doesn't even matter... Since she was absolutely no help, we insisted on speaking with a manager or owner, who were conveniently never available when we called either. Promises were made that someone of higher authority would be in contact, which was false. We expressed to the receptionist that all we want is our comforter and a refund, which sounds fair considering it had been almost a month since we've had a comforter. She was shocked that we would want a refund, as it had "not yet been a full month". It had been 3 weeks, close enough. End of August comes, still no comforter. We called again and were able to speak to a manager finally. We explained the situation and he says he understands and that he will try and look for the comforter. The best part was when we found out this was not an uncommon situation for this store. He said that it's happened so many times that people hadn't had their belongings for almost a year. I'm sure that was meant to justify what happened to us. We get another call just minutes later from another manager who has located the comforter, WITHIN THEIR STORE. It had not been touched because supposedly there was a different receptionist filling in that day who took in our comforter when we dropped it off & was unaware we had to sign a release for the type of comforter it was, so it could not be cleaned until they had a signature. I am extremely disappointed in the service we have received at this facility. Our comforter had been sitting in the same spot from Day 1 for 2 months. When we were finally able to pick it up, no manager was there to give us the refund. Even though the receptionist knew we were to receive the refund, and knew exactly who we were considering we had called and came in person multiple times to check up on the comforter. She denied us the refund because she didn't think the color matched what we had described it was. Probably because after being washed it went from a dark blue to a faint grey. Didn't bother debating, we dealt with this place enough. We were just happy to have our comforter back. Long story short, don't bring your belongings here unless you want them to become lost and receive them back in almost two months. And also if you want terrible service.
