I originally thought this would be a great place to get alterations done. I spoke with the lovely…read morelady that helped me out two weeks ago. I pointed to my dress that had big pulled apart in the inseam. She told me the price which I thought was expensive but I just wanted both sides fix. While this might not be a review towards the Tide Dry Cleaners since they take alterations to a different company. I believe they should at least check to see if the job was done correctly. Let me say all staff was pleasant and happy to help. I didn't even care that it took two weeks to get my dress back. I got to my car to see how it looked. Left side of the dress was great. When I went to the right I noticed it was not fixed. I just paid $20 to fix plus $15 to f and clean my dress. I honestly thought about telling the staff. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of waiting another two weeks for my dress and had to rush to a meeting right away. So I left in good terms and will not return to this establishment. If anyone knows of any other cleaners who do alterations and are fast in the Naples location please let me know. Update: I spoke with Amanda who had emailed me the same day about my incident with my dress. Amanda was professional and very apologetic! I was not expecting an email and a call right away. I was not expecting her to also be so generous. This in my opinion is outstanding customer service! I understand mistakes happen. I am just so happy to get my dress fixed! Thank you Amanda!
