While this might not be a review towards the Tide Dry Cleaners since they take alterations to a different company. I believe they should at least check to see if the job was done correctly. Let me say all staff was pleasant and happy to help. I didn't even care that it took two weeks to get my dress back. I got to my car to see how it looked. Left side of the dress was great. When I went to the right I noticed it was not fixed. I just paid $20 to fix plus $15 to f and clean my dress. I honestly thought about telling the staff. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of waiting another two weeks for my dress and had to rush to a meeting right away. So I left in good terms and will not return to this establishment. If anyone knows of any other cleaners who do alterations and are fast in the Naples location please let me know. Update: I spoke with Amanda who had emailed me the same day about my incident with my dress. Amanda was professional and very apologetic! I was not expecting an email and a call right away. The employee, who was insanely combative, called the owner and put me on the phone with him, and he proceeded to tell me how I need to leave my pants if I want have any resolution. Hmmmm. Not any kind of way to assist a client who's clothes you've ruined. Anyway, after dealing with an owner who told me "not to expect resolution" I was pretty much done with this place. The icing on the cake was when I told them they were basically brand new, the employee demanded I come with a receipt "including price and date"......... really? So I should go digging because you cannot provide accurate service without damaging items? That's a new one. When I questioned why they couldn't just look it up, he then essentially accused me of lying about the cost because I didn't wanna attempt to find a receipt for pants I bought from The Kooples months ago but wore only once The whole interaction was out of a bad horror movie.
