Orlando the manager made all the difference between a terrible experience and a great experience. He was so helpful and responded positively and pleasantly to our barrage of questions. He advised how to do the wash the best way, length of cycles and knew and advised how long the dryer would take. We were here a few years ago and hoped never to return. Today's good experience will make us a repeat customer. Orlando made all the difference! My 1st visit was just ok, washer machine drums were clean, but soap dispensers were caked. Dryer drums also clean & ran hot. Overall cleanliness very poor; accumulated dust everywhere. 2nd visit washer machines were the same, a few were out of order. Dryers needed twice as much money. Friendly attendant said lint traps are suppose to be cleaned every other day, but she knows they're not. I saw her clean one after 2 people complained then marked a few out of order. Overall cleanliness worse as we watched multiple dust bunnies playing about. The owners showed up as I was folding clothes. I only saw them empty the coin boxes. read more

I always come here with no problem or issue. Today my shirt was ruined thanks to there being bleach all over one of the washers I used. Of course since there is a mask mandate in the county I couldn't smell t he bleach due to my nose being covered. I really hope it's not on the clothes I have in that washer and was only on the top of it where the detergent goes in. I know it's not the laundromats fault, but it would be nice if things were wiped down so this doesn't happen to people. read more

This was by far the most disgusting place I have ever done laundry. The machines were filthy and 2 of them didn't work. Unfortunately I didn't know this till the end and had to pay a second time for two of my loads to re-wash! The clothes stunk of mildew after washing. The smell was so strong you couldn't smell my detergent fragrance! Somethings ended up with stains that weren't there in the first place. They went immediately into the wash bin! The only thing that worked in this place was the dryers! You ask why I even stayed and did wash here? We were new to the area and my husband had a long day and wasn't in the mood to put everything back in the car and drive around for a new laundry...of which there are not many to choose from! Do not go here! You'll be paying for a bunch of smelly wash!!! read more

Worst washing machines EVER!! Disgusting!!!! I put in my black hoodie and it came out white. F'n white! The machines are ancient and are not cleaned properly! I just wasted so much time and money! I brought two couch cushion covers to get washed. Cushions were roughly the shape of a twin sized comforter combined. Bubbles has maxi load washer machines that suggest they can wash one king size comforter, which is not true. Their machines are STILL coin operated and require 24 quarters ($6) to use. One of the machines I used (Dexter T400) was at least 15 years old. The barrel claimed to be able to wash three loads but when I put the cover inside I knew right away two covers would not fit inside this machine.I put six dollars in the machine and it washed one of my covers in 22mins. I used the adjoining machine for the other cover. After the machine finished washing I grabbed a cart to transfer my cover to the dryer, and within 20 seconds the washer started dumping water onto my cover. By the time got the cover out of the machine it was COMPLETELY soaked! I had to washed the cover AGAIN in a different machine to rinse the water out. I spent $12 washing a seat cushion cover. $18 dollars total. Thank God the burnt lint smelling dryers worked correctly. I called to have my money refunded or credit towards a machine but, you guessed it..no answer. The place is a wreck. No one cleans up after themselves, there's water everywhere, the ceiling is falling apart, a majority of their machines don't work correctly and the business is in dire need of a remodel. I'm assuming no money has been invested BACK into the place since it was opened. I expected it to be a little nicer considering I live in Naples. Two stars because the dryers worked.one for each dryer.Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake. Drink your cab' in the kitchen; so you don't spend a weekend in a questionable "Laundromat" playing washer roulette. read more

My hubby and I have not used a laundry mat since we were kids so we were a little thrown off in what to do. But we ran into Mary-Ann and she was so friendly and helpful. We really appreciate her going above and beyond to help us navigate a laundry mat again. Super clean and even has an outdoor area to sit and wait for your clothes to finish. If you want to pay extra they have a fluff and fold service that was reasonable. I would highly recommend Bubbles! read more

Run down laundromat that is coin operated. Both coin exchange machines were broken. Not sure how you operate a business like this. Place appeared to be dirty. We were out of there as quickly as we came in. Will never return. read more

Here's where the Little Washing Machine That Could is big enough to take a king sized quilt. Remember to take detergent and to stop at the bank for a $5 bag of quarters & you're in business. Speaking of business, Bubbles charges $16 per quilt if you are too lazy to do it yourself. I also take the quilt home to dry in the sun. It smells so much better than a go 'round in the commercial dryers. Bubbles is well maintained and there is staff always on site to make sure all goes well. read more

If there was a minus rating Bubbles Laundry would get it! I had to give this place a rating so that my review could be posted. I have never seen a dirtier laundromat. The owner should be ashamed of the condition of the walls, broken machines, days old dirt, dust and paper strewn all over the floors, not to mention the standing water in front of a machine that ran down to one of the entrances, filthy windows and outside seating area littered with trash. There was no number listed anywhere in case of an emergency or if a customer had a problem with a machine. When my husband went back the next day hoping to see the owner, she was there. Before he could even explain the issues we had with the machines, she became very defensive and hostile and verbally attacked him. So much for customer service!! Very rude attendant. Machine would not work properly and she accused me of doing something I did not do repeatedly. Then when I asked her to fix it or give me my money back, she said, "don't look at me, I'm not a mechanic." Eventually she reset the machine taking her own sweet time. read more

Prior to entering the laundromat you will find limited parking spaces. This laundromat is at the back corner of a shopping plaza, right next to a cleaners. It can easily be missed. This laundromat is small and the washer machines do not wash that well. Also, the bathroom is extremely unsanitary. There was no one to assist us as one of the washer machines only worked on the final rinse, we lost $2.50. The smaller washer machines at $2.50, the rest are $5.00 and $6.00. There is a limited amount of dryer which give you 5 minutes for $0.25. Please do not look up at the ceiling. You will find giant dust balls. Also, if you forgot detergent, bleach, etc. they charge $0.75 for one load. Lastly, the machines only accept quarters and the laundromat has cash only change machines, sorry no card using here. read more

This place is beyond disgusting. While waiting for my laundry to dry I sat in a chair without realizing there was a large puddle of urine in it! No one on site to complain to. I went into the bathroom to rinse out my shorts, which were soaked, and there's no soap in the bathroom nor hot water. The ceiling tiles look like they're covered in mold and asbestos, the fans and vents are covered with inches of dust. One of the vending machines took my money and I never got the product. This is my first and last time coming here, just wanted to wash some comforters. Called the number on the window and got an answering machine. They do wash and fold for $1/lb (as of Nov 2015) with a $10 minimum. Considering that's less than our hotel charges to wash one pair of pants, it was a screaming deal. Dropoff and pickup are easy except that it closes early (6pm) like everthing else in Naples. They used unscented detergent and hung up our shirts as requested. Very pleased. read more
