Well this store is nice and clean and the young lady with the dark hair was nice on my second visit here today. The first visit I was met by an older blonde-ish woman who later had a little girl with her sitting on the floor next to the copier. This older woman tried to sell me a box for almost $4 because she said We don't just give away boxes at this location." So I went next door and purchased two bags for $1. The younger girl took my return label and affixed it to my 50 cent envelope and guess what she did not have? A nasty azz attitude, like the older woman. read more

In reference to the Lagrange, GA office: Worst customer service experience ever! Most unprofessional management I've ever experienced. My mailbox was broken by one of their drivers. I had two people witness it, but me (the consumer) is the one that's lying. Would not let me speak with upper management Chris Thornton. Gave me the run around. I had 3 people fussing at me on speaker phone, accusing me of lying...Jim, Cody, and Denise. I have never experienced such disrespect! I just want my mailbox fixed!! The driver tried to shove my package into the mailbox and when she broke the mailbox she left it at my front door step! I followed protocol by calling customer service to file a claim and my claim was transferred to this office. I have spent too many hours trying to get this rectified with zero help and zero respect! I am now stuck with the cost of replacing a 2 month old mailbox, just so this company can break it again! My suggestion is to RE-TRAIN your employees, just because you have been employed by a company 20+ years doesn't make you a good employee, or have proper customer service!!! read more

If you like dirty, unprofessional UPS stores ran by clueless teenagers with communication challenges then this is the place for you. Be in awe of the dirty unwelcoming lobby with packages on the floor. Be inspired to send your valuables here when met with hateful humans with no regard for sending your packages carefully. Love the front? Just imagine the back as an unorganized chaos overflows. I'm not sure how this continues to be a franchise as it is that bad. Do yourself a favor and drop off at the UPS hub on Pegasus parkway-at least there they are professional, helpful and they scan it immediately. I brought in two heirloom brass statue elephants to ship back to California. I had never had issues in the past with UPS shipping at other locations so I trusted this store to wrap up these professionally and to ship them without damage. Huge mistake! This store basically put these two large brass statues in a large box and tossed a handful of air cushion bags into the mix. These items were loose to toss about like they were place into a washing machine from Georgia to California. The box arrived dropped on my front stoop where I actually heard the metal clanking about when they were dumped by my apartment door! I opened them up to find these items carelessly packed, the air bags popped, the box full of holes where the statues punched their way through the cardboard. These items are ruined! I am so angry with this store and UPS right now. Do not trust this site to pack your items !!! I called and talked with the owner Julie and she seems nice enough and disappointed in her staff. Still, I am just sick that these elephants from my father who passed away are just ruined. read more

I have been using the ups store in lagrange ga to print my business cards for a little over a year now.I came in a few weeks ago on a saturday to place an order for another 5000 business cards, the guy behind the counter wasnt able to help me, he was completely clueless on how to take my order, im very aware on how things work here as i have been a loyal customer to this store for some time now. The file for my business card is already on file there at the store as i had a lady there design it for me over a year ago, every other time i come in they take my order, my name and call me within a few days to pick up. That didnt happen this time, i can only assume that he couldnt help me because he had a baby running around screaking behind the counter, (distraction) and i assume the babys mother was there as she was trying to keep the boy quiet. Ive always had pleasant experiences with this store until recenly. What kind of business allows you to bring your baby, couldnt me more than a year or so old to work with you? Very unprofessional. I really needed these business cards so i wenr back a few days later, this time the man was there and another girl, both ive never delt wirh before, i spoke to the girl this time and she wasnt helpful either, she told me there was no longer a graphic designer there and they would have to send my order to another store, i told her that the file had alread been designed and it was on fil in that store, she was extremely rude, and wasnt willing to even look.
