She bought all the stuff she needed to convert to StraightTalk, but one small problem came up: Walmart has almost zero tech savvy folks in their Electronics departments. Transferring her existing phone number from a Verizon locked iPhone to a StraightTalk Android was beyond the ability of the WalMart sales clerks. We decided to find a tech service to do the job for her. As we were walking out, we noticed the Cellairis store just inside the Walmart store entrance, so we thought to stop and see if they could do it. The very polite clerk said that they only did repairs, but, since we were there, he would see if he could reach into his personal bag of tricks to help us. After 20 minutes of non-stop keyboard and diagnostic activity, plus a couple of phone calls, we were set. We were so pleased with the outcome, and the outstanding customer service we received!
