Also, she allowed me to leave the business without a back on the phone at all. (In addition, the employees' appearances were the most unprofessionally - wear clothes that fit, tuck the shirt in, brush your hair...) Got a replacement to be delivered same day from 5pm-7pm. Great. Completely changed our evening plans. Received text after 5pm they couldn't do it anymore & wanted me to make new arrangements. I tried to - wouldn't let me make another "claim" had to call. On the phone tried to process the claim for them to ship me a phone - now they said it is another 24hr hold for insurance!

Service was friendly and quick, no issues there. Pricing is a bit high, as for 2 batteries we paid close to $25. Overall, this spot serves its purpose when needed.

I called Fix You Phone left a message, Raul returned my call within the hour and set up an appointment to meet at 5pm. He replaced my lens for $53 bucks, he was highly professional and friendly. After speaking with Raul he is real reasonable with prices. I will return to Fix Your Phone for future repairs.

She bought all the stuff she needed to convert to StraightTalk, but one small problem came up: Walmart has almost zero tech savvy folks in their Electronics departments. Transferring her existing phone number from a Verizon locked iPhone to a StraightTalk Android was beyond the ability of the WalMart sales clerks. We decided to find a tech service to do the job for her. As we were walking out, we noticed the Cellairis store just inside the Walmart store entrance, so we thought to stop and see if they could do it. The very polite clerk said that they only did repairs, but, since we were there, he would see if he could reach into his personal bag of tricks to help us. After 20 minutes of non-stop keyboard and diagnostic activity, plus a couple of phone calls, we were set. We were so pleased with the outcome, and the outstanding customer service we received! We asked how much the fee was, and he said, "Oh, I dunno...20 bucks sound good?" Oh, HELL yeah!!!!!

All items & services were all very fairly priced and had excellent service from entry to exit. What I appreciated most was the honesty & expert knowledge of our needs. Monique she was so helpful, gave wonderful recommendations and wonderful service (even coming in right before they closed). Laptop fix: Anthony could have easily told me to go buy a new laptop or sell me one of his for my son but he was honest, gave technical responses in non-technical fashion and recommended exactly what was needed & didn't over sell. My son is in e-sports so a working portable device is required. He can play all his video games at the speed necessary to compete and it runs better than originally purchased (it was a refurbished one). Anthony listened to our broken explanation of the issue, asked appropriate questions to quickly diagnose & followed up in a very timely manner. When given the opportunity to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, he didn't do that. We will be back soon.
