When they ran diagnostics they found a problem with my battery and a few other serious things. I do have AppleCare and they sent it off to be repaired. I now have an almost completely new MacBook. I was also having a problem with Microsoft Office for Mac as Word or Excel wouldn't save anymore - it was locked. I had purchased it from Computer advantage when I bought my Mac so they were able to reinstall office using my purchased Microsoft key. All in all, I am so very happy the way it all turned out. Larry was very helpful, patiently guiding me through the process as it developed, and Michael provided awesome expertise on setting everything back up and gettin me operational again. I don't even live in the area (900 miles away), but I visit often and I am so thankful I found Computer Advantage when I did. It has turned out to be a godsend. While booking…read moremy support ticket with Apple, Computer Advantage showed up as a Premier Partner so I decided to book that as the Apple system advised they would be handle most issues. Computer Advantage was easy to find as it's right on the main road. Walking in, the store is very nice and super clean. The tech came out and greeted me and my check-in was quick and simple. Even with the easy access and great service, my review ends there as Computer Advantage was unable to assist me with my tech issue due to the inability to obtain the Serial Number off of my watch. Though I was able to provide it to them, the "system" wouldn't allow access as it wasn't able to connect to the watch. I'm frustrated by this as my Apple ticket was because my watch wouldn't turn on and they still suggested Computer Advantage. To my dismay, my 27 minute, 17 mile journey was to no avail. However, the service provided by Computer Advantage was professional and appreciated... Now I'm back to booking an appointment at an ACTUAL Apple Store!!! Moral of the story for me is, only book at Apple Stores to save time and mitigate the risk of being redirected to a store. To note, Computer Advantage has a great product selection if you are looking to buy Apple products.

Service was friendly and quick, no issues there. Pricing is a bit high, as for 2 batteries we paid close to $25. Overall, this spot serves its purpose when needed.

She bought all the stuff she needed to convert to StraightTalk, but one small problem came up: Walmart has almost zero tech savvy folks in their Electronics departments. Transferring her existing phone number from a Verizon locked iPhone to a StraightTalk Android was beyond the ability of the WalMart sales clerks. We decided to find a tech service to do the job for her. As we were walking out, we noticed the Cellairis store just inside the Walmart store entrance, so we thought to stop and see if they could do it. The very polite clerk said that they only did repairs, but, since we were there, he would see if he could reach into his personal bag of tricks to help us. After 20 minutes of non-stop keyboard and diagnostic activity, plus a couple of phone calls, we were set. We were so pleased with the outcome, and the outstanding customer service we received! We asked how much the fee was, and he said, "Oh, I dunno...20 bucks sound good?" Oh, HELL yeah!!!!!

Laptop fix: Anthony could have easily told me to go buy a new laptop or sell me one of his for my son but he was honest, gave technical responses in non-technical fashion and recommended exactly what was needed & didn't over sell. My son is in e-sports so a working portable device is required. He can play all his video games at the speed necessary to compete and it runs better than originally purchased (it was a refurbished one).
