I told him I would be in this afternoon. I went into the store, and I waited 15 or 20 minutes walking around the computers, with the money in my pocket ready to buy one. I found a model that I was interested in, but I had questions about it. I could not see the optical drive, although the description said it had one, for example. Errored enough to see if I needed help and answer my questions. I had money in my pocket, and I need a computer. Today. I am a composer, and my livelihood depends on it. This is only the most recent incident I have had with this location. If upper management wishes to contact me, I have lots of stories to tell, including a dot com order that took over three months to rectify.
