Upon arriving on my scooter,I was scolded for parking in a parking spot by one of the elder white lady employees who instructed me to park on the side walk saying "move your scooter up here (pointing to the sidewalk) and not in a parking spot. I greeted her repeatedly until she caught on that I wasn't going to follow any instruction until I received an appropriate greeting. Upon entering, the office space will filled with 10 ppl at one time in the lobby, no chair space. I had to wait in a separate room. White ladies referring to a group of blacks as "this one" and "that one". Lol On the plus side, it was nice and cold in there from being out in the hot sun and I got my finger print done. It took 30 minutes

Upon first entering this small establishment, you may be skeptical given the rows and piles of…read morecables and peripherals instead of shiny new boxed items or when you are first greeted by a kind, modest lady instead of an awkward, excessively over/under-weight nerd. But do not be mistaken, the owners of this store definitely know what they are doing and readily provide timely and thorough service for whatever your needs. I've called and visited several times for small issues while building my own desktop and Doreen (the aforementioned lady) has always been more than accommodating and resolved any problems I had with ease, and she refused to accept payment because she deemed my problems only minor issues. In addition, while many items the store has for sale can be dated or used, you won't find a more fair price anywhere (even Newegg.com, my favorite). Actually, I recently donated my older, fully-functional Lexmark printer and Doreen said she'd give it away to someone who needed a printer, so if anyone's in need of a free printer...

I purchased an Apple Watch on 24 Jul. I was instructed that in order for it to function at its…read moremaximum I needed to put a duplicate of my IPhone on the watch. The employee there did that data transfer. Not computer savvy - I'm 78 - I could only watch and try to understand the process. About five days later I was the victim of Identity theft. They got into everything I had in my financial world using the id and passwords on my phone. When Apple Support called me to ask if I had TWO Phones, I said no. But the lady said their systems showed two phones with one being controlled by some Russian guy. Realizing I had been scammed, I took the phone back to Graphicom to ask for my money back. They refused. They refused because I didn't have the flimsy 26 cent cardboard display box it came in. In my past every vendor would take the product back but charge a re-stocking fee. I was expecting this and anticipated that charge. However, they absolutely refused because I didn't have the display box. When I protested, what could easily be confused with Dumbledore from Harry Potter came around the desk to hover over me in an attempt to intimidate me. Didn't work but they refused to take the watch back and refund my money. Easily this is their method not to accommodate customers. I'm guessing this happens alot so they are prepared how not to give refunds. When I asked for assistance in at least helping me sell the watch, they laughed and showed me the door. While I cannot accuse these guys of being complicit or inept in the ID theft through their functions of duplicating my personal data, I have no proof, it was amazingly coincidental since I don't use FB, Instagram, Tiktok, etc. Furthermore, these guys are as far from a customer centric vendor as you can get. My impression is their MO is - get the money and get them out the door and hope they don't come back. Buy your Apple watches from your cell phone carrier. These guys are crap. .
