I've used this location on multiple occasions to pack and ship packages as well as notary services. Everyone working here is super friendly and helpful. After saving my bacon today by looking thru my past transactions and providing the tracking information for a missing shipment (I'd lost my original receipt) I decided it was time to give them the credit they deserve for providing excellent service. read more

Worst service ever. I watched while the employee tried his best to charge everyone that walked in the door with Amazon return. He wanted to charge me $2.80 to print a label! Absolutely would not type the number in. Another customer had box and label and he told them that it was not the right type of box. Another customer had no box needed type of return and he wanted to charge her for a box even after she showed him that she filled it out and it was supposed to be free. Every other ups just dumps it in a plastic bag and moved on. This guy should work for the DMV as he enjoyed saying no way too much. read more

Employees are always nice no matter the hour or amount of customers they have. They give you a free cover sheet which helps me out since I am always finding a reason to print and fax something. You can email the forms directly to them too, so this makes it convenient. Over all this is the best UPS store I've been to. read more

This UPS still sucks. Came here the other day with a few packages that I needed to return to Amazon. Was told since they can only print the label my items had to be in a package, and since I did not have it I could purchase. Never had this issue with any other UPS stores before. read more

Sooo happy I went to this location because I'm not sure how many Dorothy's there are that would be willing to work with me to make it so I didnt have to spend so much on shipping. This location started off strong nearly two years ago... but lately, not so much... and good luck getting them to pick up the phone... An addendum... apparently when you complain to this company, they will refuse to continue doing business with you and then subject you to all manner of unprofessional and insulting behavior (IMO). We no longer have any faith in this location and are seeking US Postal Service aid in investigating the questionable conduct we believe has occurred... we have been lied to, we have been misled and we simply do not trust them to handle any of our mail or shipping needs... and strongly recommend caution to all those considering entrusting this group with anything they consider to be of value, based on our experiences. You have a team that works together Colin Taylor and Dorothy Smith they are true Delights when I come and pick up my mail they treat me like I'm special, they remember my name and they are so businare like and they're so ahead of things it's awesome I have been looking for 'customer service', I thought it was a dead entity but those two are the epitome of customer service they never have attitudes they're very patient and they know exactly what they're doing and what the customers want I am so proud to say that I have a mailbox at your facility in the Argyle Forest Boulevard - it is a wonderful thing to see and I'm so glad that I have a box there and thank you for hiring these two young people cause they are great people read more

Considerate, professional, honest workers in this store. They take time to address customer concerns, however esoteric, and they get things done quietly and efficiently. Dont blame them, when the US Post Office gets involved in your delivery - the Post Office is the only problem with deliveries, that I have found there in over two years of doing almost daily business with the people in this store. recently i was at your store for a print job and dorothy help me out she was so nice, respectful i went back for more prints she is so awesome and she has the best customer services skills i have ever seen i was there last night and help me she took her time with me she was polite , nice and organized she had a line to the door and she was multitasking very good she was hustling all around that store she is very fast and she knows what she is doing she need a promotion not sure if she the manager but she needs to be the store closed at 6:30 she was not in a rush to leave she just wanted to help me out i left the store at about 7pm last night and i was not rushed out the store or anything i was well pleased with her services i will deferentially come back to this store customer services is just so hard to find thank you dorothy. read more

Avoid this location like the plague. The staff is incompetent. The owner is a liar and very confrontational. My package was not mailed the way I requested. I was overcharged. I was charged for insurance that was already included in the method of shipping that was chosen. Although I mailed my package in September, it still has not reached its destination and it has not been returned. I went into this location to claim the insurance I paid for. The manager/owner lied and said I didn't purchase any. He failed to mention insurance was already included in the method of shipment. I didn't find this out until I drove to the Westland post office to inquire about the insurance and my package. At the post office, I was informed that the UPS Store is just a store and usually the employees are not very knowledgeable about shipping methods and procedures. I will not visit another UPS Store for my shipping needs. I'll stick with the USPS. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I left in shock after Karen was completely unprofessional, and frankly rude, behavior towards me at the Youngerman Circle location Monday August 11, 2014 around 430pm. After patiently waiting in a line I was told I was going to have to go to the back of the line because the service I was requesting would require her to look for a type of paper and she as just too busy to do so at that time.... Even though I waited in line just like everyone else, I would have to get in the back of the line and wait again. And still, "no promises" she would be able to help me if people yet again people came in behind me. They would be served before me. I was flabbergasted, as was the other associate, Kristine, who was profusely apologizing for the entire situation. So I clarified that I would have to relinquish my spot in the event other customers came in and she said, "Yes. You can wait, but no promises. We are just too busy right now." I will NEVER go to another UPS store in town for any of my printing or mailing needs because of the embarrassment Karen caused me in front of an entire store after waiting in line with her refusal and unwillingness to help me. I hope the store doesn't get busy, because beware, you may be asked to wait at the back of the line with "no promises" while they help everyone else that came in after you. Luckily there is an Office Max close by with a printing center that will get all my business from now on.... read more
