The older I get, (77) the more apprehensive I get about driving. I am thankful that most of the businesses I need I can find in Hutto. I also get uncomfortable using some businesses because of lines or special instructions. Going to the UPS store was intimidating for me. But every time I have needed to buy supplies or return something to Amazon they have been excellent. Sometimes I have been the only person in the store. But the staff, especially Kristy, have been helpful and friendly and made me feel at ease. I am no longer uncomfortable using the Amazon return station or going to the counter. Went to the UPS store to mail off a special birthday gift for my brother. UPS packaged and shipped my parcel and it arrived at my brother's today!! Only he didn't get my gift. He got something completely different. Returned to UPS store hoping they could track my original order in hopes of salvaging my surprise gift for my bro. But no. I was given excuses about the manager recently leaving, the clerks being fairly new (I.e. barely trained), and in the end all they could do was take my contact info and have the manager call me Monday and walk me through filling a claim. Which I did online myself after leaving. So while I wait to see how fast they complete my claim, I have to scramble to get my brother another gift, whose birthday is Monday. Yet another UPS store. The associate was single handed but was handling everything fine. The store looked clean and well managed. I saw two containers for pens- used and clean. So, I think they are taking covid precautions seriously at other things too. read more

Danielle the Team Lead was extremely nice and helpful. She that I looked as if I had a question she asked and gave me an answer. Once I got in line she seen I had a baby carrier. She made space for me to place my carrier while trying to print and sho a package. She multitasker answering the phone and still assisting customers with excellent customer service. Kevin is awesome, but everyone else who works there is doing the least. I asked the lady behind the counter for a piece of tape and got a big sigh and an entire lecture about how I need to do it at home or else they're going to charge me. The lady went on and on patronizing me about that and how Amazon returns work. A gentleman came in after me and wanted to return an item with a different lady, and she walked him over to the kiosk to explain how he can do it himself. I went on line to make an appointment to have items notarized. It was approximately 11:30am. First appointment available was for 3:00pm. I clicked on the appointment and filled out all the information. Got a confirmation email saying all was good for the appointment. Went to office approximately 2:50. Let the young gentlemen know that I was there for my 3:00pm appointment to have my papers notarized. The poor gentlemen looked a bit shocked and then reconfirmed I had an appointment. He then looked at another employee and asked if employee "X" had left and his teammate confirmed that employee "X" had left and wouldn't be back for the rest of the day. The items I had were time sensitive. I would never had made an appointment if they weren't going to honor it. I don't think 3:00pm is unreasonable for a business day. read more

I live in Pflugerville but has an Amazon return in the trunk and decided I'd drop it off while in the area. I'm just going to say 'meh'. As I waited listening to the women who eventually helped me (grey hair, glasses, left handed (I say that because as a lefty I notice)) seemed stressed and was condescending to the customers, including myself...she certainly seems to know shipping and wanted to be sure she let us all know how much smarter we were abou it. There were only a few people in the shop, she had help, so there really was no reason for being off putting. The other younger women seemed very nice but she did not help me. Anyway, the place was very clean and well stocked so I don't want to ding them but they do have an employee who I felt was likely not their best representation. I'll just stick to my Pfluger UPS store but do wish y'all continued success. read more

I have used the Hutto location many times. The ladies here are friendly and extremely helpful. When I have a package to send and being Nana and now Great Nana I send a lot. I have never been treated with anything but respect even when I know I'm asking a dumb question. These ladies are the absolute best. I will be taking another package over tomorrow! read more
