This is the second time I've come in to drop off a package, and while the agent was in the middle of helping me, he stopped to assist another customer, completed their transaction, and then returned to mine. It's worth noting that this happened in the afternoon, and he appeared to be the only one working the front to assist customers. I understand things can get busy, especially around noon when many people are on their lunch breaks and running errands. That's exactly why it would be helpful to have an additional agent available during peak hours. The service itself was completed, but having more than one person at the counter would make the process smoother and prevent interruptions for customers already being helped. read more

I have used this store often for their shipping and faxing services. I wanted to get something printed quickly, so I stopped by. I wanted to get an eBook printed so that I could use it for marketing my business. He printed my eBook on the front and back of the pages, which is not what I asked for. He told me that the machine needed to be serviced and that he would give me a 10% discount. Really, if you couldn't have done the job correctly, you could have told me, and I could have gone somewhere else. I paid $33 for something that I did not ask for, and he never offered to fix the issue. I will never go back again. Poor customer service and did not one time take accountability for the mistake, gave me 10% discount. That is a slap in the face; you sold me an eBook that was printed wrong, which was not my fault. read more

The person who assisted me seemed uninterested in being there. He had a partially bald front, and I apologize for describing him this way, but I want to be clear. The customer service was poor. I brought items to return in their original package, but he insisted that I must separate them one by one, even though they arrived together. I also confirmed that I had provided three return labels, but he claimed, "I don't know; this is all I have." It would have been much simpler and more helpful for him to just say yes and proceed. I went to this store yesterday to drop off a Amazon package, which I didn't have a envelope/box, but the gentleman that help me was extremely rude, he didn't offer to help, he just pointed at the shipping supplies and was very rude as he talked to me. Ridiculous that they charge $2 for a small piece of tape to close up a box. I usually tape up my boxes before dropping them off but this time I tried using the free print out option at ups so I wasn't sure if they needed to add something inside the box or not so I decided not to tape it up. Left and went to another ups and they gladly taped up the boxes for me for FREE . Also, while I was there the manager or owner was screaming on the phone. She never used their computer and they charged her 7.00 bc she had to type in her PIN for her IRS return. I asked why it cost that much and they said it's bc she used the computer. It was a HUGE and COSTLY mistake To come to this store. My overnight document didn't show up on time and caused our property closing to be pushed to the next day. Increased cost of $400. Just had worst experience here. Don't come here. I would give them a minus star if I could. I came to drop off a box and asked for a drop off receipt. An Indian guy, who seemed like an owner, asked me for a sender's name and it took me few seconds to respond to him because normally they just scan my box and give me a printed out receipt. The way he responded he was just so rude. He doesn't know how to talk to a customer, just really really bad customer service. I don't understand where he got the idea of name needed in order to give a drop off receipt. I mean I didn't mind giving him my name, but the way he asked and how his attitudes were totally threw me off. I took my box back and went to a different UPS store and I advise you to do same. I already had my box packed, label printed out and placed on box. When I went to UPS store on 11152 Westheimer Rd. I always print my coupons at varying ups stores and they charge about 11cents a page. Fair price. I live right behind this location and came to print 4 B&w pages. Sent them to their email address and the clerk printed them within seconds and rang me up for $4.44. Saying the charge for the computer is 3.50 plus the copies charge. WTH? I didn't even touch a computer & I always pay about 60cent for 4 pages..this location was trying to charge 5 bucks. For 4 freaking sheets of paper!!! Who does that. Paying $5 for something that cost the store less than a dime. The Manager was standing there watching even let me walk out without my purchase and a bad taste in my mouth.. Bad business. I had an issue with a UPS house pick up. So I came to the store after several attempts to try and return my package. I came to this location, walked in and was not greeted, which didn't really bother me at 5:30 in the evening. What I wasn't ok with, was the employee that was at the counter (I didn't get his name) I asked for him to assist me with returning my package. He was very rude and (loudly) telling me no and didn't seem to want to listen to what I was trying to explain to him. So another coworker (Derrick) came from the back, to the front and asked "hello, what can I help you with" which I thought was the proper way to greet a customer. The first guy (older Indian man) said to Derrick, as I was explaining the issue, tells him in front of another couple and myself.... tells him "don't waste you time on her." I usually bite my tongue and don't say anything, but I said "he's not wasting his time he's trying to understand the situation and help me." Derrick was nice enough to listen and help me get the situation solved. That man! He's lucky I didn't say anything else to him. I will not be returning to this location for anything. But I do want to say GREAT customer service job on Derricks part for helping me out. read more

As of late, my online shopping has increase, which also means my return rate has increased. I usually come to this location because it's minutes away from my home. It has always been a pleasurable experience. There's one lady who doesn't smile to often, but she's not rude at all, this could be her personality, but the owners has always been great towards me. This review however, is to highlight the work ethic of 2 young gentleman that usually works in the evenings by the name of Javier & Derek. I've watched them from afar (when there is a long line) and I've dealt with them to handle me personally and these guys are awesome. They are friendly, informative, always willing to give advice on the best shipping method and carry themselves in a very professional manner. Too many times people write about a bad experience & rarely write of a good experience because they figure "it's their job." This store was terrible. I rented a mailbox from this store a while ago. After I paid my monthly bill for the mailbox, the owner would call me over and over stating I didn't pay the bill. He would then ask me to bring a receipt to the store to prove that I did make the payment. This happened two months in a row so I cancelled the service. After I cancelled the service he continued to call me for months stating that I didn't pay for that month, when I was no longer a customer. This place is the worst ups store I have been too. There's only one person that work there, and he doesn't have a clue about how returning work. The store charges 2$ for prints. If you need to use the computer, that's an extra 2 for ten minutes. The employee didn't warn me about the charge of using the computer.
