Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at approximately 2:10 p.m., I visited this UPS Store to have passport photos taken. I was actually feeling good that day because I had taken the time to do my hair and makeup, which is not easy for me given that I am currently undergoing physical therapy and treatment for nerve damage and other medical issues. When it was my turn, the manager, Beatriz, turned her back and asked the employees behind her, "Who wants to take a passport photo?" It immediately felt as though she was not interested in assisting me. A young employee wearing glasses, who appeared to be fairly new, ended up helping me. The first photo looked acceptable on the screen, although I was not completely happy with it. I was feeling somewhat shy with so many people around, so I did not initially voice my concerns. However, once the photo was printed, I realized I could not imagine using it as my passport photo. I politely asked, "Can we take it again?" The employee agreed and proceeded to take additional photos. I believe employees who provide this service should be patient and understanding. People come in carrying burdens and struggles that may not be visible to others. After selecting another photo, I asked if it could be printed so I could see how it looked. Printed photos often appear different from what is displayed on the screen. At that point, the employee walked behind the counter to the printer area. I overheard Manager Beatriz tell her, "If she doesn't like this one, you need to tell her we can't print it again because if she doesn't like it, we'll have to keep printing it again and again." She made this comment while holding my photo and speaking to the young employee. The employee then came over to me and said that if they printed the next photo and I did not like it, they would not be able to print another one. I responded that this was fine, but that I was not willing to pay for something I was unhappy with. The only way to properly evaluate the passport photo was to see the printed version. When the employee attempted to print the photo again, she brought me the wrong image. I had made it very clear which photo I had selected. I calmly and politely tried to explain the mistake while she was standing next to me. Instead of listening, she suddenly and loudly yelled directly in front of my face, "I don't have time to waste." I was shocked. My entire demeanor changed because I could not believe what I had just heard. Why was it considered acceptable to speak to a customer in such a disrespectful manner? I mention my disability because the employees had no idea what it took for me to make it into the store that day and even stand for a photo. At one point, I overheard Manager Beatriz speaking about me in the back of the store with a tall dirty-blonde employee and another employee with black hair. While standing together in a group, she stated in Spanish, "No sé, es que la veo y me entra algo por dentro." I sincerely hope the store's security cameras have audio because God is my witness to everything that occurred. In fact, while I was waiting, I smiled at Beatriz because she appeared stressed, and I was simply trying to be kind. I understand what it means to work with the public. I have worked in healthcare and customer service, and I know that professionalism, patience, and respect are essential. Unfortunately, Beatriz and the other employee did not demonstrate those qualities. As a manager, Beatriz also refused to provide me with the name of the employee who yelled at me. From the moment I entered the store, I was polite, respectful, and professional. I left feeling upset, with my heart racing and my hands shaking. The incident was extremely triggering for me given my medical condition and nerve damage. I believe Store Owner Luis Dominguez should seriously reconsider who is managing this location. Customers deserve to be welcomed and treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Extremely disappointed with the service I received. To make matters worse, I was not even satisfied with the final passport photo, yet I still paid for it. I refuse to remain silent because this behavior was completely uncalled for and unacceptable. The incident has taken an emotional toll on me, and I hope it serves as a learning opportunity for those who witnessed it. To this day, I still cannot believe that an employee yelled at me simply for trying to ensure I received a passport photo I was comfortable paying for. This was a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience. read more

Went here on a weekend and the line was out the door. The inside of the store is very small so it's understandable. It took some time to get in, but once in it moved pretty quick, and was out of there in no time. Having the amazon return barcode ready before arriving at the counter speeds up the process. read more

THE UPS STORE #5452 I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I went on a Sunday around 2:00 PM, and the employee asked customers to wait outside in the high heat, which already felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. When it was finally my turn, I was shocked that they wanted to charge me $1 just for a small piece of tape to close my package. I have used other UPS Stores before and have never been charged for something so simple, nor treated this way. This location really needs to work on their customer service and how they treat people. I normally don't go to this establishment, today I did as a matter of convenience because I had other returns in the area. I had run out of packing tape and was not able to tape the packages to be returned. Only one needed taping. Imagine my surprise when I was told that I would be charged for $1 for tape. It was all of 5 inches of 2 inch width of tape. The attendant was professional and not responsible for the policy change. Too bad I didn't know, because I would have chosen the UPS store I frequently visit. I will never go there again. read more

It makes me sick that people think it's ok to give these guys bad reviews during a pandemic. I have used them for years, they are always friendly and they go out of the way to help there customers. The lines have been long yes. Guess what it's a tiny store in a neighborhood where people ship absurd amounts of things. If I can give this UPS store minus 1 I would do it immediately!!! Starting with the poor treatment of customer service, little information and poor management of the store, what a horrible experience, honestly Hialeah has become an unbearable place. If you want to be mistreated and not have the fucking idea of how to help you, this is the store, what a shame of people!!! read more

Unbelievable. I ordered a package through amazon and been back and forth with this incompetent store ever since. It's been three days of me calling three times a day because they were not able to find my apartment number. Apparently it's common sense that just anybody can work at ups since it's too hard to try to deliver a package. Also was I informed that when they realized that there was no apartment number on it they didn't even take the package out for delivery. If they would have we have an office where they through common sense could have left it. Which I also mentioned on the phone. Funny that just today someone again called me from that store telling me that they returned the package to the seller. The lady on the phone was rude and even tho I asked her to let me speak she didn't. By the end I cursed the lady out since she's been not letting me finishing a sentence and since I've been talking to these people for full three days. Reported phonecalls 3 actual phonecalls 18!!!!! I reordered this package once again and hope that it doesn't get into the hands of these people! Facts are they should shut that place down! No work is done there anyway! read more

They are pretty efficient. You can even drop off USPS packages here and the will get picked up by a mailman. Really cool that they are next to one of the best Publix stores. So, after you drop off a package, you can go shopping for groceries.:-) read more

this store is conveniently located right next to our favor Publix Sabor store. it is a very well kept store. the young man there (did not get his name) was very polite and immediately acknowledged us. he was very helpful and even recommended that we obtain a "drop off receipt" for the item we were shipping due to past experiences others have had were receipt company claims to have not received item. i was very thankful for his recommendation, cause we had not even thought about it but do agree how important that receipt actually is... this store has everything you need to ship something out. you only have to bring in your package and they got the rest! read more

Hialeah UPS Hub on 68 st is the worse UPS HUB in USA. Packages scanned to be delivery as on the truck for delivery get lost. ????? I assumed every employee have a scanner with a number to identify that employee. So, how can be lost???? Either the employee who scanned the pkg to the truck, or the truck driver should be responsible. But NO NO, it take forever to find where your pkg is. read more

Sadly I was going to be charged more than what I expected to print one piece of paper so I left and after the clerk told me that staples charges the same she was wrong. Way wrong. I actually got to print what I needed for 90% less at Staples. Luckily I left and went to Staples and saved some money. read more
