As I was pressed for time, I presented Maria my contact card design. She did not try to sell me some 1000 number of cards. Instead she pointed the way to a very fine, elegant product. I must say that I rarely see business cards that are worth preserving because of the lack of presentation and quality. In all under 30 minutes, not only did I have a finalized product under production, but I got to know the history behind Letterheads. In all honesty, I cannot fully express the magnitude of quality in a product that I got from this privately owned print shop. They said they checked before shipping but I showed them pictures of the defective products. The Manager Jo said she would refund me and told me no need to ship it back. But when I did not hear back from her for over a week and no response from my emails, I was finally able to get someone on the phone. She then told me the owner needed to wait for the manufacturer's response to take action. I said that was not what she told me in our last conversation and explained that they are not a consignment store. They are the retailer and they need to take the responsibility to refund the customer a defective product, not waiting until the manufacturer refund the retailer. She simply refused to refund and honored what she told me and said she'll reach out once they heard back from the manufacturer only after I asked for when I'd be expecting a response from her.

It's just the most convenient location for me. That's why I re-visit. But every time, no doubt, the service is the same. And trust me, I am polite, patient, understanding and thankful with whoever is helping me but still it is hard to get a genuine "you're welcome" with them. And I just remember, their bathroom is one of the filthiest I have seen at any store.
