Marilyn and her Husband went above and beyond to ensure our invitations came out perfect and exactly what we wanted. I had already received my wedding invitations and about to mail them out when my wedding venue cancelled my wedding. Without hesitation, Marilyn and her husband took my wedding invites and fixed them with my new venue within a day. I feel so blessed to have been able to work with such incredible, compassionate people. They will have my business for many events to come.

After a thorough google search, I can only say: thank goodness for Ernesto! He not only became like a a family friend during the process (love all the treats you get when you spend time in his store!) but he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the journey of finding the perfect Save the Dates and my wedding invitations. Not only was he able to provide quality paper goods but he does absolutely beautiful calligraphy and was able to do the artwork for my invitations. Overall, the price was fair for the quality of invitations and the fact that your receive excellent customer service was just the cherry on top! Nonetheless still tried to work with him in regard to getting our invitations done. During our meeting we talked in detail and sent photos of how we want our invitations to look as an example for the sample. The samples that we received looked NOTHING like the inspiration we gave him. He decided to ignore everything we said and make his own sample invitations. After going back and forth we respectfully asked for a refund of our deposit (we did not approve any samples). Our event planner spoke with him and he said he would give us a refund minus the samples that were made. Now he has not give us our refund, completely ghosted us and has not responded to any of our emails or calls. It is at the point it is being handled with the card company. It should have never gotten to this point. Stay away from this business. Making your wedding invitations should be fun and he makes every step of the process a headache.
