I placed a birthday order for a dear friend who had recently gone through a difficult breakup. Unfortunately, the package she received mistakenly celebrated an upcoming marriage and included a blank note. This error caused unnecessary confusion and distress during an already sensitive time. When I contacted the company to address the issue, I was offered two options: either have my friend return the incorrect item in order to receive a replacement, or accept a 50% refund. Given that this was an error on the company's part, I did not feel either option was an appropriate resolution. As a result, my friend will not be receiving her intended birthday gift, and I am now required to find and ship an alternative on short notice. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
