Always long lines and the self-service kiosk say see associate, so what is the point of having it! Argh very disappointing!

Packing masters Vegas and Solange handled a huge task with grace. 100+ items to pack and ship. Best place to pack and ship precious items. I had over 100 items to ship including 2 dressers - all needing to go across country to family. This resulted in 17 boxes some of which had to be custom made! This is my go to place to ship.

GOOD SERVICE, but... a hot mess nonetheless. I pray for these UPS people sometimes because the folks who come in here are some of the rudest Karen's I've ever seen. I like how the UPS staff are polite and do their best to remain professional. However, something has to be done about the insane line situation. Every time I visit, the lines are out the door like it's a block party and naturally people are upset because of the odd line management. Today, I dropped off a labeled package (as I usually do) to prevent waiting in line. The usual drop-off bin that's at the center of the store was gone. I waited in line until I saw an older woman approach an attendant and drop it off with him. I went up and did so and the guy was AMAZING! He was in his twenties, super professional. He took my package and I was off my merry way. I was happy but perplexed because the bin was helpful and prevented confusion, I hope they bring it back! The store is very small and has limited P.O. Box space. There's an Amazon drop-off but one of the kiosks were broken. Overall, I still return because I truly appreciate and value the staff here I just think they need a little more order. Prices are decent for shipping out items. TIP: Check-in for a discount on in-store items.

Long lines. Never enough staff. It is hot waiting outside. We need more of these stores in this town not just one.

The girls working the desk were very helpful and packaged my Mom's items quickly. Also, the staff never made us wait unnecessarily. The store is pretty neat and orderly. Boxes are clearly displayed in the back and there's quite a few gifts, cards, and items for those interested in shipping cool little memorabilia. I also found plenty of office items and possible decorations. PostalAnnex+ also has a small P.O. Box section, it's smaller than a UPS P.O Box station but it's still helpful and convenient. My only gripe for this place is that shipping a few small art items like crayons and a small toy (all in a super small box) cost over $30. It's kind of insane how much shipping costs now. Our box wasn't heavy lol. Oh well, the service requested was provided and I guess we had to bite the bullet on this one...

Rather than making me feel stupid, the clerk kindly explained it to me (like you wish someone would treat your most dear loved one) and even though I got my mistake immediately, I was super grateful that she was so kind. Regarding hostility & mansplaining: A young guy was making a loud public scene, and the whole team of women working there handled it so professionally and respectfully, I could not have been more impressed. It made me happy to "have their back" if they needed it. Post Office boxes are a good value here and I'll probably get one when I find time. Way to go, ladies!

I am filing a formal complaint regarding a serious delivery failure by FedEx…read more I ordered a Christmas gift for my young son well in advance. For over a week, I received repeated delivery confirmations. I was told multiple delivery attempts were made, which was inaccurate, as people were present at the residence at all times. I was also informed the package would be held at an official FedEx location for pickup, which never occurred. On December 24th, I personally received confirmation calls and messages guaranteeing delivery that day. Without any notice or explanation, the shipment was instead redirected to a sorting facility in another location. As a direct result, my child did not receive his Christmas gift. This is not a minor delay but a failure of communication, accountability, and service standards. I contacted customer support numerous times and received conflicting information and unfulfilled promises. I even requested to retrieve the package myself, which was denied. More than two weeks later, the package remains undelivered. I request management review, a formal investigation, immediate resolution, and confirmation of corrective action. Tracking #: 887055608946

I went in and asked for it and they said that because people don't pay their rent there, I can't give you the money back, but please come back at the end of the month. I would not recommend anyone using this place because of their unfair, practice of not giving back what is owed to the customer when it's asked for.i went n again to talk to ricks wife and she wasn't there i called again and his wife wasn't there then i was told she contacted me about my refund and i never got a called and y then Rick tells Me that she will only give back some of the money not all of it I was only asking for the august thru November months which would come to 80$ if rick values customer service I find this very unfair customer service that every time I try to ask for his wife she seems to always be gone then Rick says there were notes left that she checked into the post office about refund and he said he couldn't understand what she was talking about.
