Seriously, I could not say enough good things about how Hassan and his team helped me navigate the process of obtaining compensation for damage during shipping. Without a doubt, I will continue to use this business every chance I get. Even though I had purchased insurance, Hassan had the foresight to proactively take pictures of the package as it left his store on the carrier's truck. Through this single action alone, I was able to prove the package was in good condition at the start of its journey -- quite unlike its state at the end of the journey! The key here is that the service at Postal Place, and just plain old-fashioned thoughtfulness at this business, is a value that I could never have put a price on for my very expensive shipment. Thank you Hassan! I really don't know what I'd have done without you.

I believe that their services are both affordable and convenient. It is a a one stop place to drop off your packages, instead of finding a Fedex, or a UPS location. In working with Goin' Postal, I found they seemed to be knowledgeable, but was a little disappointed at their pricing structure. Prices that were higher than New York or LA. When I received the package, I found that all the item boxes were crushed. The shipping peanuts they used to protect the boxes, unfortunately applied improper pressure to the delicate packaging and caused the damage to the boxes. This has a result of lost revenue at the time of resale. In addition to the improper packing, I ended up paying for a lot of shipping peanuts that were not needed and a shipping box that was way too big. The oversized box also cost me substantially more to ship. I ended up spending $100 for something that should've cost me around $40.

She provided the emailed QR code sent by Amazon and the young, blonde girl was unable to scan the codes. She blamed my wife saying my wife took a picture of the QR code from our home computer as she claimed it was blurry. My wife said the girl was beyond rude, condescending and demanded that my wife download some QR code app to use going forward. She then put the packages back into my wife's hands and dismissed her. My wife is a senior citizen and rarely drives. Usually she's given a ride. She was humiliated in front of a packed store as the girl had no tact, professionalism or volume control. In fact they equaled her level of customer service!!! There is evidently NO customer service there based on the evidence of little to none existing example!!!!! I've read the other reviews and it's absolutely PATHETIC that the ownership and management don't realize, OR CARE, enough to truly provide good if at the least decent service there! They should be ashamed!! These people ride on the "only game in town" principle, based on the businesses proximity to other options, thinking their business will always bring in customers in our small town. WRONG! We will never go back, and everyone we know we will warn and discourage doing business there!!! If you are reading this, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS if you can help it!!! MANAGEMENT- Don't waste your time writing an apology/justification email in response to my review!! You should have put the same time into PROVIDING PROPER TRAINING AND PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I didn't want to set up a po box as the walk was too far to my apt from the post office (imagine lugging big boxes in 90 degree heat and humidity). Turns out this place is two blocks away, and I have far better communication with Andrew than dealing with the post office. Case in point-he usually calls to let me know when I have a package and is willing to stay a little after store closing to let me swing by. This place is closed on weekends, but Andrew was even willing to come by early on a Saturday morning to open up shop just so I could pick up my new macbook..
