    If I could give this store 0 stars I would. First, it's run like a teenage lemonade stand, except less efficiently. Always long waits and employees that seem to move slower than Post Office stores, yet even slower. Mask fanatics as well even when there is no mandate. But it's the latest dealing with them that has just left me dumbfounded. I had my daughter (I had to fly out of town) bring my sons laptop to this store to OVERNIGHT it to him in Post Falls in Idaho (30 minutes East of the Spokane Airport right off a major freeway. The charges are as follows: Box, a COMPUTER BOX the size of a laptop: $21 Overnight fee (computer arrived 3 days after she sent it): $194(!!) On top of this insane amount (again for an overnight delivery that took THREE DAYS to be delivered) there was a "fuel surcharge" as well. I was told this was for "rural" deliveries. Really? Post falls Idaho is next to Coeur d'alene. Between the two cities there are 100,000 people. It is 27 miles from the Spokane airport and right off a major highway. There is nothing rural about this unless you're comparing it to Los Angeles but of course it would take longer to get something delivered to Los Angeles because of traffic and other difficulties. Cost: $21(!) All told I paid almost $224 to ship a small laptop computer to a state the borders ours. I am filing a complaint with the store and also taking this up with UPS top brass. This is grotesque thievery.

    Would do 0 stars if I could. Doesn't open on time nor pick up their phone. Super unprofessional when you need something done.

    This place is a complete joke you can never go in here and not have to wait a half an hour ever even if there's no one at the line

We went to FedEx and met her, who took the time to politely look into our questions, without hesitation. We've been loyal customers, for about a year. She knows exactly what we need and troubleshoots any issues. Again, taking the consideration and time to help us. Every time I have come in, I say hello, how are you? I get a pathetic "okay" with dead stare, underlying of "you annoy me, I hate being here". Feel bad for whomever has to spend time with her. Hope she is not a mom. Firstly, teenagers at their first customer service job are taught to throw your baggage out the door when you walk through the work doors and are on the clock. Even if you have a bad day, a fake smile will trick your mind. I got a "we missed you" for an authorized delivery on my door. I asked if the package was submitted here. I was advised that this location is a "separate contract agency" from FedEx and that my package went back to the fedex facility in roseville. I asked if there was a way for me to get the package to get sent to this location instead of this happening again. I work 8-5, M-F, and cant be home on a whim of notice. Advised to call FedEx. Can I do that here? "No". Call the FedEx "Go" number (5) times...no one picked up, it was almost as if it was out of order. The 6th time I called it actually was picked up by AI operator. Took about 15 minutes of the AI operator getting my door tag number wrong to connect me to a human. If you want to keep enjoying your pleasant day, do not come here. Come here when you're having a bad day, so you can keep that energy level with the staff who is also having a bad...life? The staff at USPS in town are friendly, even when they just got yelled at by an old customer who is taking their anger out on them for something that is completely out of their hands.

    I've never had one job successfully printed here. Every time there is some issue. And make sure you…read moredouble check your email orders because they will not! And even if it's going to be a very expensive mistake they would rather make the mistake than simply check with you. The last time I was in there discovering that the entire job I ordered was botched, there was like 3 other people being told their orders were messed up too. An older lady had sent in an order of 100 invitations on Monday that needed to be sent out and they weren't done! It was Friday! And they had called and told her to come pick them up! I felt really bad for her. On top of it all they were really rude to me (not the older lady) and it felt very unprofessional. I've mentioned this to a couple friends later and they ALL SAID THE SAME THING! "They messed up my print job and then made me pay for it". This is a locally owned business in a community that is rapidly growing and WE WANT TO SUPPORT YOU! Time to get it together, guys. UPDATE. Actually I was going to delete my review because it doesn't feel good leaving a bad review in a small town but after owner responded, I'm leaving it. In my opinion Courtney, the only respectable thing to say is, -- "I'm sorry you had such a bad experience printing with us. We make mistakes sometimes and since it seems like numerous people experience us making mistakes that could have maybe been avoided, I feel strongly we need to figure out a better way to do things. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We don't want this to happen to you or anyone else. Even though it's hard to hear bad reviews, we value our customers and we take this as an opportunity to do better. We certainly hope you'll give us a chance in the future."
