She even emailed me a link to the regional store so that I wouldn't choose the wrong location on google maps (since I'm not familiar with the area). It didn't arrive in the scheduled window however the tracking said it arrived at the facility at 8am the morning it was scheduled to be delivered. Call customer service and they said it would be later that evening. It was not. Talked to 2 additional customer service and they kept say it would be delivered the next day. Put in a complaint ticket for someone to call back and asked for manager to call. Received nothing. Now 2 days later, o. Saturday, received a notification that our delivery would arrive on Monday. Why pay for overnight?! You can't trust them to do thier job for delivery and they down right lie. Ridiculous. I am worried that our livr animals will now be dead when it arrives.
