With the holiday rush I didn't expect an answer via email so that was very surprising, in a great way. I got an estimate to print something out and I picked it up within an hour. It turned out awesome and they were very good at being able to give me different options and pricing to print the poster that I wanted. Come to find out they actually gave me the wrong price and they still honor the price that they gave me over the phone instead of saying oh sorry it's actually gonna cost more. They did let me know in the future it might be a few dollars more but I just truly appreciated the customer service. So definitely give this place a try awesome and super friendly.

She even emailed me a link to the regional store so that I wouldn't choose the wrong location on google maps (since I'm not familiar with the area). I can never remember to buy packing tape for my house, but they are always happy to tape up my packages for me when I drop them off even when I'm using a prepaid shipping label. The shopping center is so convenient. I can always knock out at least one other errand (usually grocery shopping at Fresh Market) when I have to take my packages. Or I can just use this errand as an excuse to visit Starbucks, Gelati Celesti, or CFA across the street. Their COVID practices are great. I've been in about 3x since the pandemic started. Social distancing is enforced and masks are worn by customers and staff.

Fex Ex in Hampton, VA is incompetent to have deliveries on the truck. This has happened multiple…read moretimes. This last shipment has live animals and the delivery was expected overnight. It didn't arrive in the scheduled window however the tracking said it arrived at the facility at 8am the morning it was scheduled to be delivered. Call customer service and they said it would be later that evening. It was not. Talked to 2 additional customer service and they kept say it would be delivered the next day. Put in a complaint ticket for someone to call back and asked for manager to call. Received nothing. Now 2 days later, o. Saturday, received a notification that our delivery would arrive on Monday. Why pay for overnight?! You can't trust them to do thier job for delivery and they down right lie. Ridiculous. I am worried that our livr animals will now be dead when it arrives.

My bf put on the return label and the FedEx technician was able to slowly remove it for us and place in a FedEx clear envelope to make it easier for scanning and tracking. I was very happy with the level of service this FedEx provided. I also enjoyed that they enforced the mask and social distancing to keep the customers and employees safe!
