After being quoted $15 per pair of faux leather bottoms, I decided against having them serviced since that was far more expensive than the at-home wash and dry I could do myself. I dropped my items off on a Tuesday afternoon and they were ready two days later. I will return, though I noticed that their daily specials have been reduced quite a bit when compared to earlier former promotions (i.e. 5% off for shirts on Tuesdays and pants on Wednesdays, when before it was a 20% discount...). Be sure to bring your invoice at pick-up to ensure a smooth process.

They do a nice job cleaning my comforter at a good price to, but no one is ever there and it's really inconvenient and not good business. Good location and prices are okay on the washers but most of the washers are usually broke and not…read moreoperating. Many of the dryers are broke today. I have been here several times where a washer or dryer broke on me while I was doing my laundry. They do have an attendant during the day up to 3:00 p.m. On Friday, September 12th, 2025, I was doing my laundry. there were only 2 rolling carts to move laundry from washer to dryer. I'm walking to look for a cart hoping there is a third one somewhere.I see the office in the back, the door is open and there's an empty cart sitting there. I go up to the female attendant that has black hair pulled up in a bun, ask her if I can use the cart in the back office. she blurts out, "You went in the office?" I told her no. the door is open. I saw a cart in there but this left me a little startled and unsettled because I wasn't expecting her to blurt out hostility. Then as I put my quarter in and the dryer it will not turn. I had just put a quarter in and it worked before. The dryer light was on but the dryer would not start up and work. I'm by the dryer, this lady is up front behind the front desk and I say," hey". she doesn't look at me. I said hey again waving and she doesn't look at me. now I said it loud enough where she should have heard it. there's not very much noise in that laundromat, it's only me and two other people in there today. then I yell a little louder, "hello", wow! she replied "don't yell at me!", then she goes on and on. Very cranky very crabby. I said to her you must be having a bad day? she starts clapping her hands focefullly and says, "I am not entertaining this conversation", trying to dominate and shut me up. I'm trying to tell her I did not yell at her... that she didn't even respond to my first two calls. whatever her problem was that day she goes on with, "God bless you". oh my, did that get under my skin. It's always the ones that overreact and that are in the wrong with their emotional outbursts saying, "God bless you", trying to dominate and convince themselves THEY are the righteous victim but doesn't realize ....she acts like an ass. From the start, first time I went in, this lady had a jacked up attitude. Did not say, "hello" no greetings when I entered the business. She gave off an I'm pissed vibe. This is the first time I've been to a laundromat where somebody who worked there put off vibes like that. Most laundromats, the staff is cheerful or at least pleasant. This is the first time I've ever encountered a rotten attitude. She needs to clean up her act, Tydee up her act. Working isn't always pleasant but I didn't do anything to aggravate this lady and I did not appreciate at all the hostility that she threw out.

The floors look clean, there are no funky smells, the washers are less than 30 mins (medium drum) and they do have small, medium and large options! Which is super nice. It cost about little over $6 for the washers but they are fast and clean! All washers looked ready for use and not nasty and sketchy! The driers take only some change, I think $0.79, and last for 10 mins! They also have the basket wagons to use and clean tables to fold your laundry. PLENTY of space to fold. There is also a little kids table with books for them to read and sit. ‼ TO USE WASHERS AND DRIERS: ‼ You have to get a card and fill it with money on the back wall where the screens are. The attendant is always angry, walking around and muttering angry things under her breath. I went this morning to do my laundry, keeping my baskets on my folding table to keep the aisles clear. I had a lot of laundry to fold and sort and took up two tables that were connected. This was around 7:30 am when there were very few people around. The attendant tells me that I have to move my laundry. I asked why. She said that she needs the table. With my laundry splayed out along both tables I said, "But all the other tables are available. You can use those. I'm not moving." She says, "I'm the manager, and I need this table since it's close to the office." I said, "Well I'm the customer and I need to fold laundry. You can't wait ten minutes for me to finish?" It was a very weird confrontational experience that felt like bullying. If the table has to be reserved for employees, then why isn't there a sign or something? I think she just wanted to pick a fight because she's a miserable human being. She has always had a bad attitude.
