This UPS is located in the H-E-B shopping center on Williamson in Georgetown, Texas. I came to this UPS to print a label and mailbox. I had the label previously created in my email. I emailed ups the label asked him to print it and they charged me $3.35 for that service. They charged me three dollars to rent the computer,i.e., have the employee use the computer for one moment, and print the paper. That is outrageous. I've been to the UPS in round rock and done the same thing, and it was less than a dollar. It is because of round rock UPS that I thought all UPS were good, but obviously they are not all made the same! I will never be back.

Here's the receipt. Do the right thing and refund it.

Absolute unscrupulous business and liars. Paid over $230+ for overnight "guaranteed" shipping on an item. It still has not arrived (two days later). They reneged on the "guarantee" claiming "COVID " - never disclosed by employees or anywhere on their website. We obviously would not have paid for overnight shipping without a guarantee that we would receive it as promised. This business practice is completely unethical and not taking responsibility and owning this error is wrong. Do NOT patronize this store. The UPS corporate as well does not back its independent owners. The response by the owner is a deflection. I have uploaded a picture of the clearly stated verbiage on the website which includes the word: "guaranteed." A guarantee is only as good as the actions of the independent operator and corporate. No consumer in their right mind would pay a premium for a service when the company can deliver a parcel whenever it feels appropriate. That makes no sense. I appreciate the response, but the review stands. The only ethical and acceptable course of action - rather than deflection- is to OWN the mistake and make it right.

I was visiting from California and purchased an antique globe. I needed the globe to be packed properly, fearing that it might be damaged in the cargo hold, otherwise. The globe made it home without a scratch. In fact, it was so well packed, that I doubt that it even moved an inch! I called the shop to say thank you, but the phone number on the receipt was not in use. Anyway, thank you!

A few individuals have left negative comments regarding their fees being higher than those at the Post Office; however, we all must remember that we get what we pay for. The Mail Drop offers the convenience of avoiding heavy traffic congestion, long lines, and impatient crowds that often accompany visits to the post office. By choosing The Mail Drop, you can complete your mailing tasks efficiently and with minimal hassle, leaving in a good mood. We all have choices, and I choose the easy and peaceful convenience of doing business at The Mail Drop instead of the USPS, especially whennim able to compare and choose which shipping service is best for my needs. Thanks to the new owners for opening this outstanding, first-class store where all my mailing needs--such as shipping, mailing supplies, and package handling--are effortlessly met. Additionally, I appreciate the variety of U-Haul trucks available in different sizes, ensuring I have the right vehicle for my needs. Also, many thanks to the friendly and handsome man always ready to notarize my documents quickly and accurately without needing an appointment. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that having the mailbox rentals offered at such affordable rates, makes life so much more convenient and cost-effective for me. Keep up the excellent level of customer service you provide, as it truly makes a positive difference.

I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.
