    I am disappointed. Went to pick up package today. First the tell me it's not there. I received alert on my phone that four of the package was ready for pick up. So she looking for the items come back to tell me it's not there. Just so happen a woman came back and had all four of my items from old navy stating she did not understand why her husband was given the packages that was not there. No what is going through my mind is that had she never return with my packages I would have been with out it. So later I received the final notification the last package from old navy arrived after I picked up the four. I return after running errands show them the notification they tell me it's at another location. Call the main number they said it was picked up. So now I am with out the item because nine times out of ten. They gave it to someone else. I am disappointed and pissed because my granddaughter will not have the item to go with the pants. I will never use them again

    On January 9, 2026, I visited this UPS Store location and paid $18.97 to mail important documents…read morevia First Class and Certified Mail. Over a week later, I was unable to locate any tracking information associated with the reference number provided (9589071052703474835793). I contacted the store and spoke with Gene, who identified himself as the manager. He advised me to visit the nearest USPS location, stating the documents should have already been picked up. When I went to USPS, I was informed that the tracking code had never been activated and that they could not assist me because the mailing service was purchased through UPS. I then called the store again and spoke with an associate named Chloe. I requested to speak directly with Gene. She refused to transfer the call, continued repeating information I had already discussed with Gene, and ultimately hung up on me. She also made false accusations regarding my conduct on the call, which I strongly deny. I encourage the store to review the recorded phone call for accuracy. When I eventually spoke with Gene again, his behavior was highly unprofessional. He was dismissive, disrespectful, and unwilling to help resolve the issue. He told me to "shut my mouth and stop talking," which made me extremely uncomfortable. When I went into the store in person to address the matter, his behavior escalated. He continued to be rude, aggressive, and sarcastic in front of other customers, displaying anger and harassment that are completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I even have a video I would love to share so you can see his behavior. He denied me access to any higher-ups to resolve this issue. I am a long-time customer and have spent my hard-earned money at this location for years. This experience crossed a line. My documents were lost, no solution or accountability was offered, and I was treated with disrespect throughout the process. Nothing was done to make the situation right. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and it reflects very poorly on the management of this location. I would like a refund or for proper accountability to be taken.
