I was helped by Dasha. She's very capable, efficient and helpful. Made my experience relaxing and not stressful. They had a lot of help available. Convenient location Lots of parking space Close to the Commons Mall Wells Fargo Bank Next door to the Sushi Co And many other businesses Close to the I-5 , 320th and PAC Hwy I gave them 5* for excellent service I'm glad I came here instead of going to USPS they have horrible service I would totally recommend UPS for your shipping. This location have great customer service. Pray that my box will arrive safely and on time. I will update my review if all goes well. Hope this help Happy yelping y'all

This store is always busy, social distancing is observed. They have taped off x's on the ground. They normally have 2 - 3 employees working. Amazon has them as a retiurn center. They have mail services, post boxes, shipping supplies. Fax services and used to have copy service, however not sure if they still have copy services, I have used the fax services. Coming here requires patience.

Really friendly and helpful staff! Came in to return an Amazon order and they couldn't have been nicer. Good location too!

Came in to ship a rug. We were first assisted by a nice lady with short hair. She helped us figure…read moreout that we would rather wrap our rug than pay $50 for packing material and a box. We bought shrink wrap and tape for $13. After we wrapped our rug we went back through the line and Angelina helped us. She was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. She did so well I went forth with purchasing stamps and shipping something that I was going to go to USPS to ship because I thought it was the cheapest method. Angelina looked into all shipping options, including USPS, and UPS was the cheaper option even over USPS. It was nice to get everything done at one stop. It was even nicer having such amazing customer service. Thank ALSO during COVID they have taped the floor to keep everyone spaced out. There are plastic guards between employees and customers. They had a really long line and moved it very quickly.

On January 9, 2026, I visited this UPS Store location and paid $18.97 to mail important documents…read morevia First Class and Certified Mail. Over a week later, I was unable to locate any tracking information associated with the reference number provided (9589071052703474835793). I contacted the store and spoke with Gene, who identified himself as the manager. He advised me to visit the nearest USPS location, stating the documents should have already been picked up. When I went to USPS, I was informed that the tracking code had never been activated and that they could not assist me because the mailing service was purchased through UPS. I then called the store again and spoke with an associate named Chloe. I requested to speak directly with Gene. She refused to transfer the call, continued repeating information I had already discussed with Gene, and ultimately hung up on me. She also made false accusations regarding my conduct on the call, which I strongly deny. I encourage the store to review the recorded phone call for accuracy. When I eventually spoke with Gene again, his behavior was highly unprofessional. He was dismissive, disrespectful, and unwilling to help resolve the issue. He told me to "shut my mouth and stop talking," which made me extremely uncomfortable. When I went into the store in person to address the matter, his behavior escalated. He continued to be rude, aggressive, and sarcastic in front of other customers, displaying anger and harassment that are completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I even have a video I would love to share so you can see his behavior. He denied me access to any higher-ups to resolve this issue. I am a long-time customer and have spent my hard-earned money at this location for years. This experience crossed a line. My documents were lost, no solution or accountability was offered, and I was treated with disrespect throughout the process. Nothing was done to make the situation right. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and it reflects very poorly on the management of this location. I would like a refund or for proper accountability to be taken.
