First off, I realize that they deal with a lot of people and packages, so I can somewhat understand why there is a delay between when I am notified of a package ready for pickup and when it is actually available at this location. However, what I was not aware of, is this place charges a $10 "storage" fee for using them as a UPS Access Point. I have never experienced being charge such a fee in all the years that I have used Access Points, and I am a UPS Mychoice subscriber. I did not receive any notification by UPS that there would be such a charge when I had the package routed to there, plus there isn't any signs in the UPS Store to alert customers of this charge. My advice is to not use this location to pick up UPS deliveries. read more

I went to the Ft Bliss ups, to retrieve a lost receipt. The young lady at the register was not rude, but very soft spoken. She could not help me nor would she tell me who could help. The customer service representative was very rude. He never greeted me upon entering the empty store, never made eye contact with me, conversation was kept to a minimum and never said anything when I was walking out of the store. I asked him if I could use his tape he said no and my daughter told me he rolled his eyes at me after I asked. He displayed a bad disposition and bad attitude which equals bad customer service. I will never recommend this location to anybody. I have a funny feeling this man is the owner of the store and if so, he's in the wrong type of business. Very small UPS store located on Ft Bliss Army Instillation. No frills here - just a single counter and a single clerk. A very few, small assortment of boxes and stuff. However, if you come prepared, it's really quite convenient. Now I know this won't apply to most, but I personally love this store because of the fact it is located on the Army post. So when I have to ship something, especially returns with pre paid shipping labels etc - it's so easy to just go during a break from work and not have to leave base. read more

I don't know what to say about this. But hear me out I came to this base a month ago , were told to get mail by UPS because they still open after work time. I suppose to leave soon so I ordered some stuff to take it with me , and guess what, they literally lost all my three packages worth it like $100+, the thing is that I came by the day that got delivered on Friday morning and they didn't even look for it , they told me that it should be at the Post Office on Monday, went in Saturday because another package was delivered in that morning, same thing they told me they never got it. Now I did wait until Monday after work and apparently only received one of them which got delivered on Friday, the other three one disappeared. Literally says delivered like days ago , and the damn employers don't even looks for it. So anyway here I'm am making a claim in Ebay , because those fucking irresponsible. Never ever will send anything there , yall better watch out where to send yo packages. Luckily I got my XR Glasses which they were worth $500. I won't recommend this place again try somewhere else. The employers are not the best trust me, depending what day you go in , some doesn't even care about shit and don't even do they job to look for packages especially the female employers. Because of their location I had forgotten this UPS store existed. Could get a 5 out of 5 but there was only one person working and several of us had to wait. The costumer service was great. Purchased gift cards, envelopes, stamps, sent a package and Returned items back to Amazon because this UPS location has a program that reads a bar code and after they scan it and you return the items it immediately refunds you. They do the packing and shipping, you don't have to worry about anything else. Its great! Maybe next time won't take as long. read more

If you have to go and use UPS go to one off-post. Here they will tell you one thing over the phone and then when you arrive telling you something completely different. Thus causing you, or a family member, to waste their time and go home and change the infraction they told you would be ok. Seeing how the USPS does not have available mailboxes for Soldiers, I had to purchase mine at this location and use it as my address. Ehh. Came here this sunday. Arrived at 2pm. There was only one guy working and so he gave me a dolly to being my heavy box in because he couldn't help. I get it in and he says he needs my barcode. I go to get it and another guy comes in, which made him assist him. I thought no big deal until I ended up waiting over 10 minutes for the guy to be done.... really frustrating, I could have been in and out by by now. Anyway I spoke up and he ended up getting me out of there. a minute ago Horrible place! Employees are not friendly, they don't know how to greet customers. Email a something that need to be printed. The employees told me that was going to be $2.71 for one piece of paper. That is crazy I have never paid that much to get one paper printed! The most I paid was .75 cent. He said because it was email they charge more. Don't come here go to Office Depot they don't charge crazy to email your paper. Disappointed!!! I normally use this location for my Amazon return process for mere convenience that this one is on post not too far from my work. Whenever I need to return items, I print the return label, affix it to the box and bring them here. The rest is pretty simple. The store clerk scan the bar code on the label. He prints out a receipt for me, and it's totally done. The refund e-mail is received almost simultaneously from Amazon. How much more efficient can you get? It usually takes less than three minutes to process it. It was no exception when I visited here yesterday. I'm always pleasantly greeted, and the business is taken care of very efficiently. my husband has much more experience with his unluckiness with UPS. So im pretty aware of the possible shenanigans that can happen with their shipping freak accidents and devastating mishaps. But i can honestly say that in this very particular location, i have received nothing but excellent service and no problems with return my rental books especially. It is very time sensitive to have those books returned and cant afford delays otherwise its extra fees for me. So far so good with shipping from here! And they provide you a return receipt which according to my husband is not always the case with the location off Dyer. So he was rather surprised. I particularly love how bright and organized the place is kept. It always gives me a comforting feeling of quality service and assures me that my package will be delivered promptly with care. read more

I don't normally write reviews like this but I hope FedEx and USPS puts UPS out of business. I have no idea how they got in this military base but the are the worst value and take advantage of the military (especially those deploying). Fifty two dollars to send a fourteen inch square box home for Easter. Their is only one clerk that works there at any given time and the line for service was almost out the door. The clerk notarized a document for a soldier but that was a cash only transaction. I'll never use UPS again. read more

Employees were very helpful. Turned in a package to ship that cost nearly $150 to send and 8 days later it was still sitting at the same location! Completely missed the due date and didn't offer any kind of discount for for their shoddy performance! It took approximately a week for them to create a shipping label! This store has been super helpful for our company preparing employees to deploy overseas. They have graciously received shipments and ensure that the packages are available immediately for pickup when our team members stop by the location. I sent a package to this UPS Store for my soldier via overnight USPS. It was delivered to this location and I have the proof of delivery. This store claims it was never delivered there or that they gave it back to the postman. It was NOT. Someone in this store has lost or stolen the brand new iPhone X and the other items included in the package. The USPS won't pay the insurance claim because it was in fact delivered to this location. I have reached out a couple of times but no one will even acknowledge that it was received there. This is the most disappointing shipping experience ever! read more

Would I recommend Fort Bliss UPS to ANYONE?!? The answer to that is not just NO but Heck NO! If I could give this store a negative star I would do that but since one star is the lowest it goes thats what they get. So the odyssey begins on the 13the of Dec when I ship my package out of the Fort Bliss UPS store. I hand them the paper they ask me to fill out with my parents Washington State address. The guy behind the counter reads the address back to me I confirm it's the right one I pay the $100+ for shipping get my receipt and tracking number I am told that it will be delivered by the 18th of Dec and I walk out the store. I receive a call on the 15th from my old address in Missouri and the lady tells me that there is a package there for me delivered by UPS. I call UPS Fort Bliss and the guy proceeds to tell me that whoever shipped the package to me must have put the wrong address (because apparently I don't know the difference between my parents address where they have lived for 30 years, and an address that I haven't lived at for over a year). So after explaining that to the man he tells me that they will pick it up and send it to the correct address in Washington State. Again he confirms the address and I tell him that is correct. Then he proceeds to tell me that it will take one day longer than the original estimate so we are now looking at the 19th of Dec. On the 20th of Dec the package still has not arrived so again I call the Fort Bliss UPS store and ask if the package has even been picked up since my original tracking number still says delivered to Missouri. The UPS guy is unclear because the answer I received is "they tried to pick it up but no one was home so we will have to try.....Oh wait it was picked up and should be delivered by the 28th of Dec is that OK?" Like I have a choice at this point! I tell the guy thats fine again the address is confirmed for Washington State. It is now the 29th of Dec I have still not received my package I call the Fort Bliss UPS store AGAIN, and now the answer is the package is at their store in Fort Bliss the guy tells me "wow that is unusual as it would usually be delivered to the Washington State address" He then proceeds to tell me it won't ship until the 31st and won't arrive until the 4th of Jan and then asks me is that ok? I tell him hell no it is not ok this package is now 3 weeks overdue I paid for it to get there before Christmas and gave it plenty of time to arrive before Christmas and I still have not received it. I tell him this package needs to be overnighted or get it here within two days. The guy then says I will have to ask the owner and he won't be in until the 31st. I tell the guy that is fine but I want that box overnighted. This is not my fault this is UPSs fault you need to fix it. We will see if my family gets their Christmas presents anytime soon. read more
