Poor customer service:…read more I don't use this location often but I arrived 5 minutes before closed to drop off a prepped package, fixed with label, only needing to be scanned. After walking in, I hadn't gotten the sentence, "Hi, how are you?" out of my mouth before the clerk huffed a huge sigh, shook his head, interrupting "How can I help you?" He was visibly frustrated that I had the AUDACITY to drop off a package. I responded calmly with "It's only a drop off." He proceeded to scan my package and quickly handed me my receipt. I understand the frustrations with work, having a bad day, and managing bad customers. But if customers arrive within open hours, they shouldn't be handled as if they're an inconvenience. The location on 9th street is much better. Don't waste your time here.

I'm not sure if she was trying to pull a scam but she scans my receipt with the QR code and then says I need to pay for a box. I asked why, because the instructions from amazon tell you that a box is not necessary (when you start the return) and literally the information on the receipt says "Show the return code to an associate, who will scan the QR code, pack, and ship your return for free." - See the photo below - I told her that I didn't need to provide a box and she refused to give me a receipt with my tracking information. We went round and round for several minutes about this, even after me reading the instruction information to her. I had to call amazon from the store (which took forever) and in the meantime I found a box, then pack it myself for this woman because she said that it was policy. I know it's not policy and the fact that she is forcing people to buy a box at their ridiculously marked up prices is absolutely outrageous. This location has had particularly bad customer service in the past and this was officially the last straw for me. Called in to Amazon and they opened up an investigation. In the meantime, be warned and don't get hustled.

This UPS Store is located in the Gateway Terrace shopping center, next to Freddy's. It's not directly accessible from 15-501. You have to enter the shopping center from the back. This isn't my normal UPS Store. I stopped here because it was convenient to other errands I happened to be running in the area. I had a package of Nespresso capsules for recycling. The package was sealed and ready to ship with a prepaid UPS shipping label. I normally drop these in a UPS drop box, but this particular package was too big to fit into a drop box. The employee weighed it, scanned it, and handed me a receipt. The last time I dropped off one of these Nespresso packages at a UPS Store (different location), the staff just took it from me and that was it. This store's method was more thorough, but took more time. Instead of being in and out in seconds, I was in and out in minutes. Not a big deal. Fast, either way. I visited on a Saturday around 2:30pm. There were two employees working up front and they were firing on all cylinders. During my brief visit, the store was moderately busy and the staff churned through customers at a good pace. On Saturdays, this location closes at 4:00pm (as of the time of my visit). Assurances of delivery time none have been met yet. 3 weeks telling me delivery was to be at the end of the week. Now March 23, 2026, and I am told it will be delivered in 3 days. There are so many companies who provide great service but sadly this is not one of them.
