I repeatedly asked what was required to move the shipment forward and was only told to "fill out a commercial invoice," without any clear explanation of what information was actually needed. This was a shipment to a business in Mexico, which requires proper documentation, including a commercial invoice and complete recipient details. None of this was handled or explained at the time of shipment. The bigger issue remains the same: this package should never have been accepted or sent internationally without the required documentation in the first place. That failure at the counter is what caused the shipment to be delayed, rejected, and ultimately returned. As a result, I lost $144 and valuable time on a time-sensitive project.
