According to the images I uploaded a UPS Access point is given to a store in order to make it more convenient for UPS shipping customers. When I got the confirmation that my package was delivered I proceeded to go pick it up. The lady who received me treated me as if I was stealing a service from them. Saying that they have to manually write the information of the package. Also she told me that "the owner had seen my name several times and that I HAD to get a PO Box from them". In the UPS Access Point website pictures I show it never says that a store has to charge for receiving packages. I understand that people need to make money and that a PO Box can help the owner get more of that. But If you are advertising that you are a UPS Access Point you should give the services listed. I was planning to use this office for my businesses and personal shipping, but I will prefer to send everything I have to Sierra Vista or have UPS come to my door. This is the reason businesses can't get their good start and ultimately close, a business needs to provide the services it lists and advertises even though sometimes it means writing stuff down manually. This is my first Google Review and I am saddened that is not a good one, I was really pleased when I saw that a UPS store was going to open in Douglas. Too bad the outcome was not the desired one. I will be presenting a formal complaint with UPS and hopefully for any new customers UPS Access Point services will be there and will not be charged a PO Box fee. But as a customer I will never be back there. I hope the owner/operator sees the pictures and has the time to answer me back with an explanation of why he/she lists services that are not provided.

He was swamped and stressed but handled everyone as quickly as possible - shipping packages, manning the phone, and assisting people with the Amazon return kiosk. I repeatedly asked what was required to move the shipment forward and was only told to "fill out a commercial invoice," without any clear explanation of what information was actually needed. This was a shipment to a business in Mexico, which requires proper documentation, including a commercial invoice and complete recipient details. None of this was handled or explained at the time of shipment. The bigger issue remains the same: this package should never have been accepted or sent internationally without the required documentation in the first place. That failure at the counter is what caused the shipment to be delayed, rejected, and ultimately returned. As a result, I lost $144 and valuable time on a time-sensitive project.
