Very organized shop and so many different services are offered. I had a package received for a prior neighbor that needed to be shipped to her. She looked at the label and said oh, this is USPS. I explained they don't forward Packages. She then looked further at the labels and saw the package originated with UPS and said she would take it in and talk with her driver, Frank to see if a new label could be created with the new address. I left my information with her. She called me a short time later and let me know Frank had the package and would get it relabeled for the new address. No charge. Outstanding service and I will be using SHIP Arizona for all my shipping needs. Thanks Leslie!

I was able to get both done quickly at this location. I cost me less than $5. My receipt is proof of the transactions, so if either business says they did not receive the copies, UPS would honor the receipt and resend the documents. I also went here several years ago to redo my fingerprint card, which I needed for my employment. The office is small. There are two lines that move quickly. Afterwards you can enjoy the deli next door in the grocery store.

I was told directly by Melissa that it was a 10 day move out notice and a refund of any remaining days. Apparently they recently changed their policies. They don't do refunds. I did not sign a new contract. Period. They charge a bunch of admin fees. Well, they charge fees for everything. There's no regular maintenance. Clearly no one comes and cleans up the trash. There's been scrap wood and garbage sitting there since I moved in. A gentleman is living in his storage unit. There's house that's falling apart at the entrance. My unit was filthy when I moved in. You have to clean out and take pictures of the unit. These people literally do nothing except sit back and let us pay to do their jobs. Since this company has taken over, there's been theft after left. We're talking trailers and mobile homes. How does that happen??? Because they're lazy and the security cameras aren't being monitored. Probably don't even work. These things wouldn't happen if they had an on site manager like they use to. Lazy. Lazy. Tyrannical.

Had a new AC unit installed at a property. Afterward, I found sheet metal screws and small pieces…read moreof sheet metal debris left throughout my front yard. One of these screws ended up in my tire, which I took to Discount Tire to be repaired (they completed the repair at no charge). While Vista Pros did offer to pay for the repair, my concern was the inconvenience of having to deal with a flat tire due to the debris left behind. They also offered to return to clean up the yard, but I had already cleaned it up myself by that point. One of the installers was a smoker, and I noticed a strong odor of smoke inside my home during the project. In my personal opinion, the overall experience fell short of what I consider professional and satisfactory. They provided two maintenance visits with the new AC unit. When they came, it was during the wintertime, so they inspected my heating system. I was told the blower motor needed to be cleaned because it was dirty. They told me the circuit board had burn marks and needed replacement. Because I wanted to be sure, I had a third party inspect it, who stated the board was functional and did not need to be replaced. When the company reached out to schedule the second maintenance visit, I declined, having decided to no longer use their services based on my previous experiences. When I informed them of my decision and my reasoning, I felt their email responses were overly pushy in trying to get me to schedule or use their services again. They did offer to try to make things right, but I chose to move forward and decline further contact. When I posted my initial review, the company emailed me claiming that attempts to damage their reputation are considered defamation and can warrant legal action, while requesting that my post be accurate. I am updating this review to ensure it reflects only my exact personal experience, timelines, and the factual second opinion I received. Anti-SLAPP statute (A.R.S. § 12-751)
