avoid this location if you can. sloppy work area, packages and mailing everywhere (unorganized), i casually saw one of the employees throwing packets around like it was a basketball, un attentive workers and a very slow customer service process. i had to get there attention for them to assist me when i was the only one there. everyone was either on there phone or just talking to one another. Terrible costumer service, the guy in the desk don't wanna work, literally he recommended me go to another UPS store.

The man at check out suggest doors get locked at 6:50 because apparently it is "fu**ing disrespectful" to walk into this store during business hours. Extremely rude and did not even whisper when he was cursing and complaining about doing his job while scanning my package.... Very sad people like this are the face of this store. read more

Walked in at 6:59pm. They close at 7. Asked for a simple notary. Said they could not help be because they already closed the "system". The door was unlocked but the "system" was closed. Thanks for not trying to help me in any way whatsoever. Offered to pay cash. Still. Nothing. With all of the other UPS stores in the area, don't brother with this one. read more

A relatively small store but everything is pretty neat and tidy. And, I've always received very friendly service from here. There's lots of parking in the big lot outside, but it can be hard to find a parking spot at times. read more

I can't recommend the UPS Store. Their customer service isn't very helpful nor flexible. What's the use in that. Look for something else.

This is definitely a solid A-OK, 3 stars. They aren't great by any stretch of the imagination but not bad either. Plenty of times in the many, many, years I have been living in Doral I have been here for one reason or another. This last time was because I didn't want to have to drive to the Post Office as I was already next door buying liquor at ABC.... I mean, having coffee at Panera. Anyway, expect prices for USPS services to be way more expensive than at the Post Office, they don't pick up but once a day here as well, so if the Postal Worker (why can't I just say Mail Man, it sounds so much better and less dangerous) has been by your stuff doesn't go out until the next day, so if you paid for speedier service it still won't be speedy. Oh well, still a good alternative if you don't mind slower and paying a bit less because you want to get home with your beer and vodka.. I mean, bagels and cream cheese. read more

On Thursday, April 23, 2020, I visited the UPS Store located at 9737 NW 41 Street, Doral Fl. 33178. The customer service was exceptional compared to the other UPS stores I have been to over the years. Manager, Benjamin Perez assisted me and his people skills and energetic approach I immediately recognized. I had an urgent matter that I had to respond via a computer and I explained to Benjamin that I am not versed on a computer and my computer skills were minimal. Benjamin without hesitation assisted me. Finding a good employee such as Benjamin in this competitive business is not easy to find and that is the reason I am taking the time to write this review, particular to 9737 NW 41 street Doral Store location where Benjamin will definitely be one of the reasons for UPS success and repeat of customers. The staff is super, super friendly and knowledgeable, they always try to help you out in any way possible, and I also like that this store is your one stop shop for all you shipping needs. the parking is absolutely horrible, because this store is located in a very busy shopping mall. read more

I have had 2 bad experiences with this shipping company, the first was that the man who put my package in the mail forgot to put the security key and I could not open the mail until he put the key in the mail. And the second was that I ordered an item and it doesn't update or tell me where it is when the package was supposed to arrive three days ago. I have been waiting 8 days for my package to arrive. They have to improve in several aspects, both customer service and delivery to customer's. read more

Last week, I needed to ship something out and was in the area, so I decided to try this location. It was empty. No lines. No hassle. That's not really good for the business but for me, it was awesome. The clerk took care of my shipping needs super fast and did everything for me. It basically took 5 minutes to get the label on and give me the receipt. I was really impressed (I'm really impressed by fast services). This place isn't too far from our apartment and would rather come to this one. read more

I like coming here. Its all the way in Doral but I make the trip. The workers are friendly and efficient. I never have a problem they make sure everything is a okay before I leave so I can feel at ease. Most importantly by far they are cheap and they dont hesitate for a sec to send out your package or mail. I went there Friday night about 5 and my mom has already got her Christmas girft Monday morning. WOW! I love it and I wont cheat myself ny entering another packaging store. read more

Around 4-6 package delivery visits already, I'm satisfied with their work and prices. I once had a bad experience with UPS (damaged package - $1,000) and it started in this store. Although, I had to ask them a lot of questions, which some of them didn't know the answers to at the moment. After the experience and getting my questions answered, they did not solve my problem, I simply ignored them for a while. Then, when I decided to use UPS again, I returned for a second chance. They solved well, and like Victoria A. said, they are cheap (Ground). A-OK is the right rating for this store. read more

Horrible horrible went to get a package shipped and all was fine then they offered me an oversized box for 20 dollars to ship my 12x11 item ridiculous I printed out my shipping label there and used there computer and they charged me 4 dollars just to use the computer the people here are crooks and want to charge you the most! When I disputed this as they didn't tell me about the charge before hand the manager called me ridiculous because I did not want to pay a surcharge, offending me when I am bringing my business, angry because they get little to no business save youre money and go to FedEx or any other ups location.
