OMG Cesar wowed me in exemplifying superb customer service. - Super Courteous with all (young & older) - Super respectful to the elderly lady on the phone where he had to repeat himself 4 X times and listen to her explain that her mom died and she has so much to do - Super multitasking skills , aware that time is important he was still able to assist two customers during the call while apologizing and asking us to bear with him given the elderly lady on the phone. Caesar thank you for the reminder of the 5 star level of customer service that we should strive for each day. read more

I was at the UPS store several times before the holidays. I was amazed how fast the minimal lines went, staff were outstanding and ample parking. Although there are UPS stores closer to me, I go out of my way to patronize this store. read more

The staff is always very helpful and patient! Robert did a great job helping me handle my returns.

Rude. Completely incompetent staff. Sitting around and screaming to each other. Staring me down because I said I was in a rush - how can UPS hire People like this. Terrible. Won't be back. read more

The UPS Store - Dissatisfied Customer - Shipping Centers Near Me - Dania Beach, Florida

Great service. Friendly staff. Well packaged shipment. I will use them again Thank you

Staff is friendly, hard to find most places recently. I have been going for years and can say I have never had an issue... it's an easy stop on my way home, so it's convenient. read more

We recently had a disgusting experience at the UPS store located in Dania Beach Florida, store # 5500. We visited the store to fax some sensitive documents. Since the line was busy, we were told by the employee Louis that our paperwork would be shredded after it was faxed. However, we later found out that this did not happen, and the manager, Jason, refused to return our paperwork, claiming that it was already scheduled to be shredded. This is a serious breach of privacy and a clear violation of company policy. To make matters worse, the manager's behavior was completely unprofessional. He became irate and screamed at us, leaving us feeling disrespected and frustrated. He even hung up the phone on us, which was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we've had an issue with this store. We previously did not receive proof of drop off print outs, after dropping off our Amazon returns, worth a couple of thousand dollars, which puts us at risk of fraud. Only after we started to ask for the owners name they tried to fix the non print issue. So we now contacted our attorney and UPS corporate and will not stop until this manager is gone, going by the other reviews as well as the neighborhood app reviews ,this intellectually deprived entitled clown is out of control and has just met the one family that will make sure he understands we do not accept this kind of behavior. read more

I've been in Dania for about 15 years and I always go to Hollywood for print/package services. This location is a tad small, but I figured I'd try it. I'm so glad I did. I called before my visit and was greeted very cheerily. He said his name was Jason and he invited me to come in so he could help me out. I identified him quickly because he looked as friendly as he sounded. He came around to help me do everything and smiled the whole time. He wished me happy holidays as I left. If you guys don't keep him, I'll take him at my place of business! Great service from Jason. read more

Always amazing and very polite staff but today Cassidy went above and beyond helping!!! When my 2-step verification to print labels went kaput - he stepped right up to help and get them all printed - professional, friendly, and ever so kind!!! THANK YOU!! read more

I went here to get my passport photos taken. The manager and the other worker there were so personable yet professional. They genuinely wanted to help me and they seemed super excited to be at work. I could have stayed and chatted with them longer if I didn't have to get back to work. They really gave me a great vibe for the rest of the day. read more

Went in right before they closed and the man Aston was so helpful. He answered the phone before I called to get some answers about shipping. When I got there he went out of his way to help me. Even letting me know that he would stay after they closed in order to get the order correct. That's the way service should be. I was extremely satisfied at the customer service at this location. read more

Amazing customer service!!! The gentlemen in this store went above and beyond to help me with my packages!!! I will put this down as my favorite store!!! read more

Very good, fast staff and great costumer service. Definitely recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just moved to the area and was looking for a UPS store that I can use on a daily bases since I need to mail 5-6-7 packages every day. This is definitely not the store I will be using even thought it is very close to my new place. Went there three times, this place is very slow, unprofessional, waste of your time. And this store definitely needs more employees. So if you are looking for a UPS store where you can be in and out in a few minutes this is not the place! read more

I have never ever desired to have a need to return to a UPS store in my life, but after the care and attention Lisa gave me at this location, I find myself hoping for a reason to return and patron her store again. I had been traveling for nearly an entire day, across two continents. I needed to get something notarized and faxed back to me. I had absolutely no sleep and nothing to eat for that day. Lisa was not only helpful in getting the documents notarized and sent to their required places, but she also was a sounding board of sanity as I needed to spend the next several hours waiting for my return fax. I found her to be humorous, empathetic, kind, and incredibly professional and diligent. I profess that if all CSR's were as attentive as Lisa, Fedex would be out of business. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience in a very stressful situation! Kindest Regards, Sean Tyler read more

After receiving very unprofessional treatment and being screamed at by the manager Jason on the telephone in front of his employees I wrote a unfavorable review and was immediately sent an email that my post box was being closed based on violation of contract although I've had a post box there for over 5 years and been through hundreds of employees and several different managers seems like retaliation and bad business I will file a if the situation isn't rectified I will file a formal complaint with ups and the Better Business Bureau read more

Super friendly and helpful... These guys are great :) And the service is very responsibly priced

I work in the costumer service industry and the way I was treated for just asking a simple question was completely unprofessional. The man with the glasses was extremely sarcastic for no reason other than to make me feel stupid for his own personal pleasure. I hope he finds a job that will make him happy because working at UPS is not his calling. I quickly turned around knowing this guy is not willing to help me so why bother. To which is began cackling like a hyena and waved frantically as I exited the store. I know we all have issues but that guy was something else. read more

I am been a customer at this store for years. My business mailbox is there and I frequently also send items to my kids in college. I use this location for all of my priority mail and package shipping needs. The staff is always friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. They answer all my questions and direct me toward the most efficient and cost effective way for me to get documents & packages where they need to go. I would not go anywhere else. read more

Love the reg driver .. not sure about new guy..the reg guy goes out of his way to insure our packages are delivered safe..

This location was outstanding! I frequent many UPS stores and by far, Jason made my experience here one of the best! I highly recommend.

Jason at the Dania Beach UPS in Dania Beach was so helpful. I had no trouble returning my Amazon products.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! We shipped a package on Monday from our office to this UPS store using the UPS.com website. We mailed our package to this store so that our employee could pick it up no later than Wednesday to meet a critical deadline on a project. It was imperative for him to receive the package in time. The store would NOT accept the package due to their policies and never called to let us know. Instead, they sent the package back to us. I called the store and the person who answered said, " it was their policy as an individual store not to hold packages if the receiver is not a mailbox holder." Did we ever receive a phone call to let us know that they were sending the package back to us? NO! We lost thousands of dollars and time due to an unknown "independently owned store" policy. Using common sense or at least CARING ABOUT YOUR PATRONS would be so little to ask! When I spoke to this representative on the phone and asked for their name, they hung up on me. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS UPS STORE!! read more

They advertise that they provide notary services. Drive all the way there. Nope no notary. #fail #falseadvertising

Dropped off a DELL laptop and an Amazon package and asked for receipt. DELL laptop ended up "vanishing" with no tracking activity- was never delivered to DELL. When I looked at the receipt, the guy had scanned the Amazon package twice, not the DELL laptop. When trying to figure out what happened they were of no help. ZERO. I had to tell this guy to call his manager...I had to tell him every thing to do. The manager didnt help either, wouldnt even speak to me, only relayed thru the big oaf that I had to complain to DELL. They said they had video of when I dropped it off...but wouldn't look at it or offer any extra help. I expect EFFORT when the big oaf scanned the Amazon package twice instead of the DELL laptop. Completely APATHETIC, so much so that I believe one of them is enjoying a DELL laptop. read more

I wanted to recognize Sean at the UPS store that I visited yesterday. We are getting ready for a possible Hurricane and he helped ease some of the anxiety. He was very professional answered questions and just had an all around great attitude. read more

I agree with others. Do not use this UPS store. I used to use them alot, but now owners have changed and there is no attention to detail or knowledge about sending. Staff is not helpful as before. I had something sent to another state and it was lost for a few days. Besides that they told me that if I shipped the item ground, it would get to destination on a certain date. I found out later this was not accurate and it caused alot of problems for me. read more

This review is for UPS store 5500 at 398 E Dania Beach Blvd. I had some old ceramic lamps shipped. They were perfectly packed and despite being delicate arrived in immaculate condition. The price was better than two other places who quoted and pick-up and shipping were very quick. I especially liked that they used air bags and bubble wrap instead of styrofoam "popcorn" which is a nightmare to dispose of. read more

I'm not sure if every UPS is this bad and unhelpful or if it's just this location but I've now been here twice and the staff are not helpful, they charge for every little thing, it's just ridiculous. I can't wait to never use UPS ever again. read more

I have been going to this location at least twice a week for the past two or three years. This location sometimes gets a little hectic but they can usually take the time to help me resolve issues. I am not very computer savy so I sometimes need help if scanning or printing anything. Staff is friendly and they have a sense of humor. Only issue is they will send but won't receive faxes. Can't they have a policy to receive faxes for long time customers? They are also open most Sundays now I will remind them to update their page. read more

Do NOT go to this Ups store . The owner is a thief. I was there in April and asked if they would receive my dive bag if I shipped it back. They said yes but the would charge $10. My brother and I shipped our bags from Boston . They received on Monday at 3:05. We got an e mail from UPS. When we got to the store . The clerk said that will be $90.00. We asked why. He said the owner Omar sets the prices. We asked to see him and he said he wasn't there. We paid the $90. I called and sent emails. Got a reply that said he wasn't Ups he was a franchise and could set what ever price he wanted. I am a very busy guy that never does reviews but will from now on to save people from being robbed. Most Ups stores are great. This guy is a thief. read more
