The staff at the hotel were very unaccommodating and wouldn't consider shipping the bag to my home (of course, I was willing to pay for the shipping and their time and trouble). When I contacted Joe at The Mail Center, he graciously agreed to go to the hotel, pick up the bag and ship it back to me and it was received in two days. I called him when I left my house (mind you I live about an hour away from this place) and let him know I was on the way to check out the signs as well as discuss some other issues we needed to resolve. He was very nice and I told him we could discuss it more once I got there. I get there walk in and ask for Zac and they tell me he is not there and someone else takes over from that point and tells me the signs are not ready and I'll have to be back at 4. Apparently they had printed one and it came out bad so they were working on that one still and hadn't started the next one. I go back and I will say they were kind enough to show me how to set them up (which I've never done before) and send me on my way. The next day at the event I'm setting up (15 minutes before it starts) and one of the pieces jams and I can't get it to go up all the way. My boss called and they sent someone to fix it so that was nice.

When I ducked into their store to ask them to please get their delivery people off of me they told me I had to leave that it was "too loud" instead one of them went outside to chat with the Amazon worker and smiled as he left the store to talk to her I felt threatened so instead I called 911 as the Amazon worker was outside the shop not letting me leave. I will never set foot in this place again. They work with bullies and thugs. Meanwhile I was late to work and the cops did nothing either. Never set foot in this bizarre palace again - and I escalated the situation to Amazon, because this shop did nothing to palliate that the drivers that work with them bully their customers and they don't care that they block traffic for their purposes
